The Risk Analysis in Production Proces

This master’s thesis is focused on the risk analysis of the selected production process in company TES Vsetin, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts, the theoretical part, analysis of the current state and design part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to risk, risk analysis and tools for risk reduction. Some of these theoretical findings are then applied in the next section where these analyzes are used to the identification of risks. On the basis of these analyzes in the final part there will be designed proposals and recommendations, which should lead to a reduction of identified risks, including financial enumeration.
Production Process Improvement

This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of improvement of the production processes. This thesis is divided into three basic parts, theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the process and process management. Furthermore, there are mentioned methods, which make it possible to analyze the production processes and improve them. Some of these methods are used in the practical part. In this part the thesis deals with the issues of the specific production process of TES Vsetín, Ltd. Based on the analysis of this process there will be created a proposal of improvement of this process. This improvement is then also expressed in monetary units.
Sokol Through the Ages

Title: The Sokol Through the Ages Objectives: The two main goals of the thesis are to summarize the history of the Česká obec sokolská (COS - Sokol) from its foundation to its dissolution in 1948 and briefly describe the development of the COS after 1989. The first aim of the work focuses on the structure development of the Sokol organization, the development of the membership base, the Sokol festivals, the contribution of the COS to physical education and sports, and how various historical events influenced the COS itself. The second aim is to sum up the notes from the Sokol conventions and concentrate on the convention resolutions. Methods: The historical research was carried out by the following methods: direct, indirect, inductive, deductive, diachronic, synchronous, progressive, retrospective and biographical one. Results: The bachelor thesis is the attempt to create the comprehensive and objective history summary of the ČOS from its foundation to present. The studied theme is very broad and each of the chapters could be more detailed and supplemented with a lot of information which would make the length of the text much longer. Title: Evaluation of the number drowned people in the Czech Republic in the years 1998-2018 Objective: Evaluation of the number of drowned people in the Czech Republic, depending on age, sex and cause of drowning in the years 1998-2018. Methods: Search of available resources. Collecting data from the Czech Statistical Office and information portals. Results: The group 50-64 years of age in the terms of drowning is the most risky age group. The age group 10-14 years is the least risky. The ratio of all drowned men and women is 2,7:1. The most common cause of drowning is unspecified drowning. In many cases, it is not possible to determine the cause of the drowning.
