Art group 12/15 Better Late than Never

The free art group called "12/15 Pozdě, ale přece" was founded on the 3th of June 1987 in Václav Bláha's studio. However, the beginnings of collective activities of its members are to be found already in the first half of the 70's when these artists started to exhibit their art together. During those beginnings and through all the time of normalization, too, they found their place in exhibition rooms of the alternative (unofficial) culture. Hence, they had no chance to present themselves adequately enough. Besides their close friendship, it was one of the reasons of establishing an art group. The members of 12/15 were not unified by any collective art program. It was a group of individuals freely creating and thinking. Its founding members were: Václav Bláha, Vladimír Novák, Petr Pavlík, Michael Rittstein, Ivan Kafka, Ivan Ouhel, Jiří Beránek, Kurt Gebauer, Jaroslav Dvořák and Tomáš Švéda. Since their second exhibition (1988) Jiří Načeradský become a new member, and since the third one (1990) Jiří Sopko. Gradually this circle has expanded by joining a cultural worker Jiří Halík, and a group manager Josef Vomáčka. During the years 1988-1996 they organized 7 collective exhibitions. English annotation The Service of the Pastoral Assistants in Archdiocese of Prague Principles of the laymen service in Church on the universal level as well as on that of particular law are discussed. In particular the problems of laymen employed in the parish framework as pastoral assistants on the level of Archdiocese Prague are focused. Especially their specific role in the parish has been followed - both on base of literature studies and of respective administration regulations of the Archdiocese of Prague. The problems of the way to the priesthood

This thesis concerning the way to priesthood, the diocesan priests especially, and explores mainly the moment when young men make their decision for the priesthood. This thesis wants to know the role of the Archdiocese of Prague, the priests, the Christian parents and how they can motivate and support them on their life journey towards their profession. The first chapter describes the journey towards the priesthood according to the Church documents. The second chapter is interested in the specific forms of the pastoral work within the Archdiocese of Prague. The Archdiocesan Seminary is mentioned in the third chapter. The last the fourth chapter is concerning the current status of the clergy and priestly ordination within the Archdiocese of Prague. The second, the third and the fourth chapters represent the author's contribution in the form of assessment of the questionnaires. These questionnaires were distributed and used relating the priest calling pastoral work.
