Alternative approach to the hysteresis of transport current in Bi-based tapes
Nálevka, Petr ; Jirsa, Miloš ; Koblischka, M. R. ; Pan, V. M. ; Dew-Hughes, D. ; Huang, S. L.
The induced critical currents and the reversible magnetic moment were studied in Bi-based samples prepared by different technologies, in a wide range of temperatures and external magnetic fields.
Chracterisation of the magnetisation hysteresis in RE-123 superconductors by exponentially decaying and power-law functions
Jirsa, Miloš ; Koblischka, M. R. ; Higuchi, T. ; Murakami, M.
The fully developed fishtail shape of the magnetization hysteresis loops in untwined RE-123 bulk materials is well characterized by the logarithmic pinning potential U(j) in frames of the thermally actived pinning process.
Upínání elastických svazků tokočar velkými defekty ve vysokoteplotních supravodičích
Petrenko, Pavlo ; Zablotskyy, Vitaliy A. ; Jirsa, Miloš
Model of elastic vortex bundles pinning in a high-temperature superconductors with relatively large non-superconducting spherical particles is presented that explains behaviour of melt-textured bulk composites.
Correlation of anomalous magnetic properties and mechanical treatment of Bi.sub.2./sub.Sr.sub.2./sub.Ca.sub.2./sub.Cu.sub.3./sub.O.sub.10./sub. silver-sheathed tapes
Yurchenko, Vitaliy ; Jirsa, Miloš ; Kováč, P. ; Novák, Václav
Due to granular character of the tapes, the total magnetic moment is composed of two additive contributions of intra- and intergranular moments. We pressed our samples in a controlled way and observed evolution of the critical current density.
Correlation of anomalous magnetic properties and mechanical treatment of Bi.sub.2./sub.Sr.sub.2./sub.Ca.sub.2./sub.Cu.sub.3./sub.O.sub.10./sub. silver-sheathed tapes
Yurchenko, Vitaliy ; Jirsa, Miloš ; Kováč, P. ; Hušek, I. ; Novák, Václav
Measurements of induced critical currents in silver-sheathed Bi.sub.2Sr./sub.2Ca.sub.2Cu./sub.3O.sub.10 tapes will the aim to investigate the anomaly of intergranular currents. We gradually destroyed the inter-grain links by imposing and increasing uniaxial stress along the tape normal, and observed the corresponding evolution of the magnetic hysteresis loop shape.
