Quality of life of children with atopic dermatitis and their families

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is one of the most common childhood inflammatory skin diseases. As a chronic disease it can have a physical and psychological effect on the social functioning of the affected child as well as his family. The objective of this study was to evaluate the quality of life (QoL) of children with AD and their families. A total of 636 children with the diagnosis of AD and naevi, aged from newborns to 18 years and 636 of their parents took part in our study. All participants, according to their age, completed the questionnaires: Infants' Dermatitis Quality of Life Index (IDQOL), Childrens' Dermatology Life Quality Index (CDLQI)- text and cartoon version and Dermatitis Family Impact Questionnaire (DFI). We gained statistically significant differences in the mean scores between children with the diagnosis of AD and children with the diagnosis naevi. We also gained differences of mean scores in different age groups of patients with AD. The highest and statistically proven score was in the oldest group of children with AD (9,85) then in the group from 7 to 13 years (8,33) and the lowest in the group of children from newborns to 6 years (7,84). Role of an assistent at inclusive school

This diploma thesis deals with the role of an assistant at the moment of inclusion. It focuses on the position of teaching assistant, which is currently often performed by students from faculties of education. The aim of this thesis is to find out the motivation of students to practice this profession before taking up the role of class teacher at primary school. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, where it deals with the concepts of assistance from history to the present. It describes pupils with special needs that the assistant should know and meet. The practical part is divided into two sections. In first one he describes interviews with students who perform the position of assistant teacher during their studies. With class teachers who worked as assistant teachers before taking up their role and with the school management, which is known for its cooperation with students. The practical part also describes personal experience with the role of assistance by the author of the work. The second section describes the analysis of the questionnaire survey for the course Assistant practice, in which each student of the teaching module encounters the role of assistant. At the end of this work are presented data.

Analysis of sources of the cultural institution

The thesis is focused on analyzing the financial resources of the company Dejvické divadlo, o.p.s., in 2004 - 2012. Being a non-profit organization, the theoretical part is focused on the non-profit sector approach and the issues of its funding. Besides stating the most common legal forms of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic are further elaborated their current options for fundraising. The following section describes methods of analysis used in the practical part. There is also a horizontal and vertical analysis of financial resources, evaluation of self-sufficiency of the company and analysis of performance through model KAMF*. There is not absent the comparison with the subjects in the sphere of influence (especially with the Divadlo Archa, o.p.s.). The analysis shows, that the Dejvické divadlo, o.p.s., was managed to adapt to new conditions after its transformation in 2004 and is managed to fulfill the princip of a multi-source funding.
