The Analysis of Dialectal Elements in the Present Language in the Region Chodsko and in the Work of J. Š .Baara

This diploma thesis is based on the bachelor thesis Chodské nářečí ve třech generacích. It expands on the topic of the "chod" dialect from the works of Jindřich Šimon Baar aswell as contemporary authors. The basis of this work is formed by a comparison of the current spoken form of the dialect with the dialect's version from the 1950s and comparison of the dialect stylization in Baar's books with todays stylization. The aim is to examine the evolution of the "chod" dialect's stylization and spoken form. This thesis is based on the hypothesis of a slowly disappearing dialect in all aspects and searches for evidence of this occurrence. Basis for the theoretical part are findings about Jindřich Šimon Baar, his life and his work. Furthermore the current knowledge about dialects with a focus on the southwestern dialect "chod". No less important is the part examining text stylization. The practical part is based on the language analysis of Baar's books partly written in a dialect in comparison with books of contemporary authors. And also comparison of audio recordings of the dialect with recordings from the archive of Jindřich Jindřich.

Title: Marketing communication of Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University in Prague Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current marketing communication of Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University in Prague and based on the obtained data to create proposals for the improvement of current marketing communication or suggest new instruments that will help to streamline existing marketing communication. Methods: To analyze the current marketing mix of the faculty is used a qualitative research in the form of group discussions with current students of the faculty and pre-prepared written questioning for the staff of the Marketing department of the faculty. Results: The main outcome of this thesis is the evaluation of current marketing communication and creation of its improvement for example by adding new communication instruments, streamlining of the current marketing communication instruments. Dialect of the Region Chodsko in three generations

Chod dialekt in three generations This work falls within the field of dialectology. The aim is to assess how and whether in ordinary language the locals appear dialectal elements. I will work with three generations of local natives and record interviews with them. First we describe the general dialect, its distribution and then focus specifically on the dialect Chod. Part of the work will also outline the history goes. In the practical part contains the results of research and Annex maps and interview transcripts. Research will be conducted dialogical method with three generations.
Transfer of real estate of the Czech state to other subjects

This thesis follows the historical development of real estate tenancy in the Czech Republic from its origin to present days, including the state interventions into the property relations, and describes and defines the transfer of state property to other subjects by means of state agencies authorized to transfer such property. The thesis is divided in seven chapters. The first chapter deals with the historical outline of the development in ownership and user relations in the territory of the Czech Republic that were suppressed as a result of real estate conscript by the state. The issue of so called {\clqq}restitution stop`` is also mentioned as well as acquisition of real estate by foreigners. The second chapter pursues the procedures and methods used with transfer of real estate of the Czech state to other subjects by means of Land Fund of the Czech Republic. It analyses in detail sale and transfer of real estate in accordance with Act No. 95/1999 Coll., on Conditions for the transfer of agricultural land and forests from the state ownership to ownership of other persons, in accordance with Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the Arrangement of ownership relations towards agricultural land and other agricultural property, in accordance with Act No. 569/1991 Coll., on Land Fund of the Czech Republic, in accordance with Civil Code No. 40/1964 Coll., and in accordance with Act No. 92/1991 Coll., on Conditions of transfer of state property to other persons. The third chapter deals with the current issue of transferring real estate from the Czech Republic to other subjects through the Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs. The fourth chapter offers an outline of valid legal enactments related to transfer of real estate of the Czech Republic, which the state enterprise Forests of the Czech Republic has the right to manage. The fifth chapter observes the procedure of selection of the agricultural land transferee in accordance with section 7 of Act No. 95/1999 Coll., at the District Office of Land Fund in České Budějovice. It provides information about the number of agreements regarding the transfers of state-owned real estate that were concluded at this office in the year 2006. The sixth chapter addresses the transfers of state-owned real estate in some neighbouring countries of the European Union. It considers especially the legal regulations in Slovakia. Poland and the Federal Republic of Germany are also mentioned. The thesis is accompanied by appendices related to the selection of transferee and transfer of land in accordance with section 7 of Act No. 95/1999 Coll., referred to in the fifth chapter.
