The diploma thesis focuses on creation of business plan of forest kinder club establishment. The proposal takes into consideration current situation on market of children‘s preschool rising, where demand for state kindergartens excesses it‘s offer. Thesis is devided into three parts. Theoretical part focuses on basic concepts regarding to business and definiton of business plan and it’s parts. Second part describes the analysis of current situation and environment.Specific proposal for business plan including financial analysis and assesment of project’s feasibility are described in the last part of thesis.

Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction with Products of Banking Institution

The bachelor thesis deals with public satisfaction analysis of banking products institutions. The analysis focuses on basic banking product of particular banks placed in Czech Republic. The theoretical section outlines the definition of customer, the definition of marketing, the methods of marketing research including instruments. It occupies with the characteristics of banking institutions and given banking product. The practical section is aimed at the survey of customer‘s satisfaction with offered product, the following analysis of the collected data and the suggest of improving the product and services.

The bachelor thesis deals with the static design of selectet part od the structure multy-functional house in Brno. The building consist of o basement, three floors, attic and roof trusses. The supporting structure consists of a monolithic conrete slab and ceiling of the attic Miako. Vertical load-bearing elements are bulit form bricks Porotherm. Column under the girders in 1.NP is plain concrete. The elements under consideration is made drawings.
