Draft of pin production technology
Hrdlička, Martin ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Jaroš, Aleš (advisor)
The Master's thesis, written during the study of M-STM Manufacturing Technology and Management in Industry, is focused on the concept of the production technology of a pin. The thesis includes a description of forming and machining technology in terms of possibilities of their application in the production of the pin. Furthermore, by comparing both technologies and preliminary economic evaluations of production, it leads to the choice of the production method. This production method is then described, and the description contains the production process steps including the creation of the CNC program. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the technical and economic evaluation of the production concept.
Learning set inovation
Hrdlička, Martin ; Baštán, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the modification and commissioning of an older training set. The training set demonstrates the transport and sorting of the material. It consists of a material hopper, a conveyor and a manipulator. The work requires modifications to the control board firmware, program design for PLC and physical modifications. The whole process is controlled by a PLC and is controlled by an HMI started in the simulation. The result of the work is a functional training set.
The evaluation of accuracy and eligibility coordinate machines PIONEER DEA
Hrdlička, Martin ; Zahálka, Jiří (referee) ; Pernikář, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the accuracy and the qualification of coordinate measuring instrument Pioneer Dea. A target of the thesis is to represent measurement uncertainty using a method of International Vocabulary of Basis and General Terms in Metrology, and for the selected product to determine a qualification of the check process. The evaluation of the qualification of the measuring instrument is performed via method of coefficients cg and cgk. In addition there are calculated measurement uncertainty and via qualification indicator gpp the check process of the selected product is evaluated.
Effect of air temperature on FDM 3D printing
Hrdlička, Martin ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The thesis deals with 3D printing by the FDM and ambient temperature on print quality. The thesis describes the principle of printing by the FDM method and the occurrence of errors caused by the influence of ambient temperature. The aim of the thesis is to design a heated chamber for RepRap Prusa i3 printer, its construction and subsequent testing of ambient temperature influence on print quality. To test the occurrence of the described errors, specific tests and materials are selected in the work. The result of this work is the recommended ambient temperature in the heated chamber for improved FDM printing.
Production Concept of Injection Moulds for Plastics
Hrdlička, Martin ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The Bachelor's thesis, written during the study of B-STG Manufacturing Technology, is focused on the production concept of injection mould for plastic components. It includes a description of the technology of injection moulding and the function of the individual parts of the injection mould. Further it analyses the production concept that contains the production process steps and the operating instructions. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the technical and economic evaluation of the concept.
