List of Tool Materials in Forming Operations

The bachelor’s thesis elaborated within the scope of full-time study of specialization B-STI Mechanical Engineering is dealing with forming technologies and choice of tool steels for the production of forming tools. In the initial part of the work we are engaged in forming theoretical background, such as forming resists and shaping rules. Another section is devoted to tool steels and their most frequent heat treatment. In the following section of search is a basic description of the selected forming operations, including the use of machines and tools and highlight of the essential elements of the technology. Requirements for material of the tool are also listed there. The goal of this work is creating steel material sheet for cutting and extrusion tools and dies. These sheets are located in the attachment of this work.

Production technology of plastic base device with terminal

Master’s thesis deals with selection of a proper technology for manufacturing of chosen plastic part. The beginning of thesis contains part survey. Plastic injection was chosen as the most suitable manufacturing technology. Required theoretical knowledge for plastic injection mould designing were extracted in the recherche. Individual chapters deals with plastics, their manufacturing and plastic injection technology with all required knowledge about this technology, machines and moulds. Designing chapter contains every required calculation for mould design and all individual sections of mould design and injection machine selection. Injection simulations and their evaluations are part of this thesis aswell. Assembly and forms drawings as well as other documents used during thesis processing are included in the attachments.

Legal regulation of ownership of cooperative flats

The diploma thesis deals with contemporary legislation of housing co-operative as one of the most frequent type of flat ownership in the Czech Republic. The housing co-operatives represent legal entities that meet the housing needs of more than 1.5 millions people in the Czech Republic. Therefore, undoubtedly, the legal aspects of the housing cooperatives became a much discussed issue. Although the housing co-operatives have a long tradition on the territory of Czech Republic, the thesis focuses mostly on the effective legislation taking into consideration the historical aspects when required due to necessity of the issue's complexity. The thesis is divided into five separate chapters. The first chapter generally describes the contemporary housing co-operative legislation and its challenges in regards to the near future recodification of the Civil law. Second chapter focuses on defining fundamental terms such as "co-operative," "housing co-operative," "co- operative housing unit," etc. The third chapter concerns the co-operative membership emphasizing the establishment of the membership, rights and obligation of the members, membership contribution, transfer of rights and duties connected to the membership in a housing co-operation, the membership share transfer, complicated issue of the joined...

Currency risk management

Master's Thesis deals with currency risk influence on particular bussiness company. The target is based on suggestion of particular measures for risk hedging. Information is gained directly from accounting and from the author's knowledge about the company. Influence of risk is studied primarily separately in relation with gross frofit a nd then in relation with net profit of the firm. Suggestions for currency risk hedging come from the requirements of shareholders, who expect the maximal elimination of the currency risks. For currency risk management were proposed two variants: currency swap and Bull Spread option strategy, which were then theoreticaly rated.

Financial analysis of the company T-Mobile, Inc.

This thesis is devoted to financial analysis and it explains all the attributes and methods. These are applied to the example of T-Mobile, Inc. The core of this analysis is the processing of official financial statements of the company. Particular emphasis is placed on the bankruptcy models. The aim is to evaluate the current economic development of the company and its current market position, including a comparison with the competition. Thesis evaluates the financial health of the company from 2005 to 2009.

Financial analysis of Pivovary Staropramen a.s.

In this Bachelor thesis there is financial analysis of Pivovary Staropramen a.s. for the years 2004 to 2009. In the first part of this work we can find theoretical explanation of methods and procedures which are used in this work. In the second part of this work this theroetical knowledge is applied to Pivovary Staropramen a.s.. In this work there is analysis of absolute indicators, financial ratios, net working capital, there is analysis of balance rules and there is also made prediction of financial straits, calculation of EVA and decomposition of ROA. Some indicators are compared to the industry. In conclusion there are results of financial analysis.
