Business Plan for Establishing of a Microfirm

Bachelor thesis analyses problems of company clime, exactly motivational system for employee. It includes the proposal of motivational system, which would raise effectiveness of the company and prosperity of the company in the marketplace through the satisfaction of the employees.
Gradient learning for networks of smoothly pulse neurons

Networks of spiking neurons present a biologically more plausible alternative to perceptron networks, having great potential for processing time series. However, as of now, no practically usable learning algorithm has been known. SpikeProp, based on a gradient descent method, and its modifications have a fundamental problem with dis-continuity of spike creation and deletion. A new nontrivial gradient learning algorithm for a model of smoothly spiking neurons is proposed as a possible way to solve this problem. The goal of this work is to implement and test this model and eventually propose further improvements.
Removal of noise from digital photos

The goal of this work is to study and implement most frequently used algorithms for noise filtering. The results should be tools for: filtering additive noise - study and implement at least two nontrivial algorithms; removal of image defects caused by defective pixels on image sensors ("hot pixels").

This thesis explores the topic of skydome models - an approach to getting the sky and atmospheric effects integrated into a renderer. We discuss the physics of atmospheric scattering and de- scribe in detail the construction of a first-principles path tracer atmospheric simulator implementation. The presented path tracer is fully spectral and produces polarization data. Finally, we present two different analytic skydome models. These analytic mod- els are highly practical because they can be integrated even into real-time renderers and provide an excellent combination of fidelity and low computational cost. The first model is a simpler version, providing just the skydome spectral radiance. The second model also provides polarization data, after-sunset skies with an accurate modeling of Earth's shadow, aerial perspective and full sphere data.
