Case report of a blind patient after upper knee amputation

Title: Case report of a blind patient after upper knee amputation. Summary: The thesis consists of two parts, a general part and a special one. The general part contains theoretical description of the diagnosis. It includes the anatomy and kinesiology of a lower limbs. Outlines informations associated with prosthetic and rehabilitation from the perspective of physiotherapist. It will further include blindness, its causes and possibilities of rehabilitation with this kind of patient. In a special section, there will be processed casuistry of the blind patient with the diagnosis of the above-knee amputation of his left leg. There will be kinesiology analysis, design short- and long-term rehabilitation plan, an outline of the therapy, outgoing examination and evaluation of the effect of therapy. I made this case report during my rehabilitation practice on the Rehabilitation Clinic Malvazinky in Prague. The Building of Political Image - Karel Schwarzenberg

Thesis "The building of political image - Karel Schwarzenberg" deals with the issue of creating a political image using a specific example of a Czech politician. Karel Schwarzenberg is currently one of the most popular politicians and his party TOP 09 achieved excellent results in the elections to the Chamber of Deputies, Senate and local councils. The thesis deals with the process of building of his political position and uses his example to show how to create and edit the political image in the eyes of public. The aim of this paper is to describe the evolving of political image, what tools can be used to its improvement and explores the factors that influence the popularity of politicians. The theoretical part presents the various aspects of political image creation using different aspects such as an aspect of political marketing, political psychology and the role of media in image building. The study also describes the life of Karel Schwarzenberg and the influence of his life experiences on his political activities in the Czech Republic. The example of several selected campaigns describes the process of building his political image. Post-colonial adaptations of Shakespeare's plays

This thesis deals with the analyses of three adaptations of Shakespeare's plays in postcolonial countries like Canada, Trinidad and Tobago and Republic of South Africa. Three plays are examined in historical and cultural context of colonial and post-colonial theatre of the countries mentioned above. The first chapter of the thesis familiarizes the reader with problems of colonialism and its cultural effects. The aim of the thesis is to point out to the way, in which the authors of the adaptations treat the works of William Shakespeare, the leading playwright of mother imperium - Great Britain, and simultaneously emphasize unusual position of the adaptations in the framework of their cultural surrounding and in the framework of post-colonial drama.
