The purpose of this diploma thesis is to discuss the creation of a business plan for establishment of company in the field of fire sport. The first part consists of literature research containing theoretical background of business activity. The analytical part consists of external and internal environment analysis and it is starting point for the design part. The main part of the thesis is the business plan itself and evaluation of plan feasibility.

This bachelor thesis deals with the internet marketing and creating a suitable internet presentation of the specific bar. The issue of internet marketing, main options of creating web pages and related technologies are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. Market segmentation is done based on a questionnaire survey. The core of the thesis lies in creating a new web page based on the chosen method, valuation of a visiting effect and economical assets for the bar.
