Financing of a construction contract from the perspective of the investor

The main goal of this bachelors thesis is to define and describe problematics of construction contracts from the financial point of view. More specificly from the point of view of someone who invests money into them. The thesis contents explenations of terms like building order, construction market members and some kinds of financial resourses which can be used to finance those types of contracts. Last but not least, there is an analysis of financial plan of the real construction contract supplemented by suggestions of possible changes in this financial plan.

The main goal of this thesis is to present price regulations and show theire utilization in construction practise. Thesis is focusing on methods which are used in the property valuation in accordance with price legislation and other budgeting methods also with description of different types of building work price documentation according to project documentation phase. These findings are demonstrated on a practical example.

Title:Monitoring of fear response and experience quality with skydiving beginners Abstract: The condition for this thesis has been data collection in the field. We have focussed on the fear rate and on the experience at skydiving which was followed by a comparison of these quantities. We have investigated the level of fear and quality of experience with skydiving beginners with questionnaires among at random selected individuals. We have chosen a test CSAI-2 by Rainer Martens and a short "Flow" questionnaire. The provided information has proven a high fear rate influences the quality of experience.
