Analysis of the Performance of Pension Funds

The aim of this diploma thesis Analysis of performance of pension funds is a detailed mapping of the area of pension to highlight the current shortcomings and to familiarize the reader with pension reform which vill come into force in January.The work is divided into five parts. In the first two sections the reader familiar with the operation of pension funds and pension funds, which are regulated by Act 42/1994 Coll. The third chapter is devoted to a comparison of the results of pension funds operating on the Czech market. The fourth part deals with the profitability of pension funds and the fifth chapter summarizes the most important changes in the pension reform awaits III. pillar pension system.
Analysis of bank charges in the international financial group

Bachelor thesis is focused on bank charges associated with current accounts and overdrafts in Austria, the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic. It Focuses exclusively on retail clients and financial group Erste Bank, which is one of the most important on the financial market. The first part is familiarization with the offered products and the second part is analysis, which aims to confirm or refute Capgemini study, Scott & Rose study and the European Commission study. The analysis is conducted from the perspective of the individual charges and model cases. Model cases are performed on the example of three types of clients who are different frequency of the use transactions. The result of bachelor thesis is that for one type of client is confirmed the Scott & Rose study. Other studies have not confirmed nor refuted.
The analysis of the number of reclamations and of the reclamations handling process in the LASSELSBERGER, a.s. company

Main subject of the thesis is customer satisfaction. The introductory theoretical parts of the thesis are devoted right to the customer and his/her satisfaction, to its measuring methods and to the way how to handle complaints, eventually reclamations in corporations. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of qualitative reclamations and of reclamations and complaints handling and customer satisfaction evaluating processes in the LASSELSBERGER, a.s. company producing ceramic wall and floor surfaces. The objective and the outcome of the thesis is formulating a set of recommendations arising from elaborated analysis and also from theoretical findings. These recommendations should improve actual run of analysed processes considering the quality of output of those processes and for sure considering the customer satisfaction.
Currency risk management by financial derivates in Czech Republic

The focus of this bachelor thesis is on the description of financial derivates and Czech derivates market situation. Financial derivates are fast developing instruments, which development we have been watching from 80's last century until now. In the first part of the bachelor thesis financial risks with its categorization is described. The main attention is focus on characterization of financial derivates and their role in the currency risk management. In the practical part Czech derivates market situation is analyzed. There area three analysis of czech derivates market - the whole Czech derivates market analysis, the bank subject analysis and the last one is futures contract in Prague stock exchange analysis. At the end of bachelor thesis the proposals of sources of discovered development are written.
Kvalita keramického zboží a možnosti jejího zlepšování

Práce shrnuje proces výroby keramických obkladů a dlažeb a charakteristiky těchto produktů dané postupem a parametry výroby. Práce obsahuje analýzu jakostních reklamací ze strany zákazníků zaznamenaných konkrétní firmou. Na základě výsledků Paretovy analýzy reklamovaných vad je možné určit opatření vedoucí k výrazné nápravě kvality keramického zboží.
