Process management in a network of medical facilities
Chládek, Jan ; Plášková, Alena (advisor) ; Konečný, Jan (referee)
The goal of this work is to define the basic processes that are necessary for the proper management of dental surgery. Based on this, then built the foundation for the management of dental practices across the network offices. The theoretical part describes all the way which I later took into account the practical part. Attention is also paid to strategic management tools such as the SWOT and PEST analysis. In the practical part focuses on the core processes that affect the proper operation of a well-established practice. Together with a selected physician practices we have defined and tried to straighten some processes. As a part of this Master's thesis, there are some own ideas how to improve the process in dentistry office. There are also defined the processes for network of medical facilities.
Marketing applications in dental office
Chládek, Jan ; Koudelka, Jan (advisor) ; Konečný, Jan (referee)
The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to apply the tools of marketing mix in the dental environment. In the theoretical part, I described all the bases, which are relevant to the issue. Attention is also paid to analytical methods such as the SWOT method, or target group analysis and competitive environment. In the practical part, I made acquaintance with the concrete dental practice on which I want to show the marketing mix and other instruments mentioned in the theoretical part. Element of this thesis is to propose my own solutions, which could inspire the practice's owner in the future being to be strengthen its overall position for dental service on the local market.
Korelační analýza EEG signálů
Janeček, J. ; Halámek, Josef ; Chládek, Jan ; Jurák, Pavel
The coupling among deep brain structures was analyzed by correlation algorithm. The resulting couplings and properties of correlation algorithm are discussed.
Evaluation of cognitive ERP, ERD/ERS from intracerebral electrodes during the testing of executive functions, the time – frequency analysis
Chládek, Jan ; Bočková, M. ; Halámek, Josef ; Jurák, Pavel ; Nestrašil, I. ; Rektor, I.
In the present paper we describe the procedure of evaluation repeated EEG signals obtained from deep brain structures. Data are processed using the time-frequency analysis, which helps to determine individual frequency (IF) bands and afterwards are processed using complex demodulation technique to assess power envelope of IF band. We analysed phase-locked (Event-Related Potentials) and non-phase-locked (Event Related De/Synchronisation) signals obtained during different task conditions. Because of low signal to noise ratio, statistical tests of credibility and significance were used.
Evolution and Genetic Optimization of Higher-Order Shim Coils for NMR
Chládek, Jan ; Konzbul, Pavel ; Ošmera, P.
Evolutionary and genetic scholastic optimizations were explored for designing NMR gradient and shim coils. Some hierarchical self-adaptive algorithms, based on a concept of meta-optimization, were tested. Time-demands and quality of the solutions were compared for various optimisers. A broad range of contrasting features was found for different settings of governing parameters and for different constraint handling's. Therefore a fuzzy logic in meta-decision level and an adaptative barrier function were used for optimization of multi-modal objective function. The using of meta-level optimization of different parameters was identified as the major challenge for future investigations and improvements of the optimizers.
Vyhodnocení ERD/ERS: vyhodnocení latence pomocí plovoucího okna
Chládek, Jan ; Nestrašil, I. ; Jurák, Pavel ; Halámek, Josef ; Bareš, M. ; Rektor, I.
Event Related Synchronization/Desynchronization is among others characterized by amplitude and latency. Latency determination depends on the type of evaluation method and its parameters. Therefore its detection can be multiple-valued. To avoid the incorrect latency detection the analysis using smoothing floating window with different widths was employed
Flat tax and its impact on redistribution of income in Czech republic
Chládek, Jan ; Klazar, Stanislav (advisor) ; Eisenwort, Lukáš (referee)
This thesis discuss the phenomenon in income taxes during last decade - the flat tax. The paper analyzes historical development of income taxes and ideas of flat tax, how it worked in history and how economists elaborated different proposals of flat tax in 20th century. The main accent has concept of american economists Robert Hall and Alvin Rabushka, which is well-developed and which was the lodestar of czech tax reform in 2008. Thesis consists of analysis of their theoretical model, its effects and consequences. The comparison of czech implementation with original concept follows on some model examples of czech taxpayers. That illustrates how the implementation worked out.
