Analysis and optimization of the education system in terms of ensuring effective corporate education in a particular organization.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the corporate education system in a specific organization. The theoretical part of the work defines the basic terms associated with education and development of employees using professional literature, it focuses on the issue of corporate education and its connection with the organization's strategy and, among other things, on the basic processes and methods of system education. Furthermore, using the available internal data and information, it describes the organizational structure and the current state of corporate education aimed at rank-and-file employees and managers of selected parts of the organization. The thesis presents the methodology of qualitative research supplemented with a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire, which was used in the first phase of the research investigation to obtain a wide and diverse portfolio of data from the largest possible number of participating respondents. This phase has the status of preliminary research, as it forms the basis for the implementation and concretization of research interviews.
