Evaluation of antifungal activity of newly synthesized compounds

Altogether 28 compounds of natural origin from the Department of Pharmaceutical Botany of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Charles University were tested. Tested was the sensitivity to potentially antifungal substances with 8 micromycete strains, namely Candida albicans, Candida krusei, Candida parapsolosis, Candida tropicalis, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus, Absidia corymbifera, Trichophyton interdigitale. Methods Molecules were tested with the broth microdilution method. Results 28 newly synthesized compounds were put to the test to prove the antimycotic effect. 11 out of them proved to be hopeful for further testing. Antifungal activity against all testing micromycetes was found with 5 compounds, 6 compounds proved antifungal activity against at least one micromycete. Memory game - the game like didactic tool in the process of education of visual art on the level of the primary schools and the primary art schools

This master thesis consists of two basic parts. The theoretical part which focuses on the definition and historical evolution of games from the point of view of their function in the process of pedagogy, and the practical part which is Memory game, created by the author. Games as a phenomenon, and their functions and importance within the context of the educational process at the level of elementary education, with a particular focus on art education are analysed in this master thesis. The developed Memory game by the author has a strong didactic accent, the goal of which is to mediate the area of visual art to students. The last part of this master thesis is a detailed description of the process of using the developed didactic tool during teaching and its graphical documentation.

Visual expression of emotions and the work upon human

The main theme of this Bachelor's thesis are emotions. The goal is to clarify this concept, and then apply it to the context of fine art. The work is divided into part of the theoretical and practical. In the part dealing with the theories has to be clarified the relationship of emotions and colors, but mainly the display of emotion through visual art. Further emphasis is placed on the impact of the work on the viewer emotional page. This phenomenon is analysed in chronological order from the beginning of mankind until the present. The practical part includes a triptych of paintings focusing on the topic of emotions, the description of the painting process, including the inspiration of resources and subsequent consideration of their effects.
