Language and Communication Development of a Child after Cochlear Implantation with Focus on the Morphosyntactic Level of the Language

(in English): This thesis is a case study of language and communication development of a boy after cochlear implantation. It focuses mainly on the morphosyntactic level of language. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first, theoretical, based on a literature search, hearing, its meaning and hearing impairment are discussed, followed by the development of speech and language, both in hearing and hearing-impaired individuals. The second part of the thesis focuses on the research itself. It is conceived as a longitudinal case study based on the analysis of audiotapes of an implanted boy. Based on the transcripts of these recordings, his communication and language development is analysed, focusing particularly on morphosyntax, but with overlap into other linguistic levels. The aim of the paper is to describe the linguistic specifics in the speech of the implanted child and his possible progress on the communicative level.
Erotic symbols in Czech folksongs

(in English): This bachelor thesis deals with the symbolic representation of the erotic in Czech and Moravian folk songs. The research of the topic is based on cognitive ethnoliguistics, The thesis deals at first with the folk song and with folklore in general, focusing in detail on their specific language as well as their most frequent artistic devices, with space being dedicated mainly to the symbolic. Furthernore, the thesis presents symbols of folk erotic motifs, on the basis of studies from the Lublin cognitive ethnolinguistics circle. The core of the thesis is then the part focusing on the analysis of erotic symbolism in selected Czech and Moravian songs. Based on of the cognitive-ehnolinguistic findings, erotic symbols in several compilations of folk songs are found and interpreted. Then it is evaluated to what extent the symbolism described by the Lublin cognitive ethnolinguists can be found in Czech folklore.

The thesis is focused on understanding the current state of project management in selected companies, including proposing their own suggestions and recommendations. Own suggestions and recommendations are directly used in the case study of a real project-an exclusive two-days training for exclusive leaders. The thesis has two parts. In the first part are described the elementary terms of project management. Defined individual phases of the life cycle, described selected project documentation and international standards and methodologies of project management. In the second part is a brief description of the selected company, describes the project lifecycle, including comparisons of the international standards and methodology and evaluation deficiencies. Suggestions and recommendations are used in the case study and in the final discussion are evaluated practical suggestions and recommendations.
