Design and Simulation of Single Phase Active Rectifier
Bareš, Jiří ; Huták, Petr (referee) ; Klíma, Bohumil (advisor)
This thesis deals with single-phase active rectifier, strategy of control and simulation of its model. In the beginning of this work a principle of rectifier is described along with transistor switching system, which has impact on shape of input current. Dimensioning of rectifier for assembling model and designing of control, including phase-locked loop and regulators follows. In the end assembled model and its simulation is described.
Concept of three-phase active rectifier
Bareš, Jiří ; Pazdera, Ivo (referee) ; Huták, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with three-phase active rectifier control. In first, theoretical part it describes several control strategies with focus on voltage oriented control. For this type of control a design is worked out, and created model and its simulation is described. Second, practical part deals with realisation on microcontroller TMS320F28335, which is main processing unit of device lent by company Elcom. Therefore in this part abilities and settings of the controller along with developped control algorithm are described. Reached results of measurement are then presented and in the conclusion they are evaluated.
Economic crisis in 1929-1934 and its impact on the Jablonec glass industry with special reference to Železný Brod region
Bursová, Veronika ; Jakubec, Ivan (advisor) ; Bareš, Jiří (referee)
A B S T R A C T This thesis analyzes the impact of the economic crisis in 1929-1934 on the Jablonec glass making with main attention to the district Železný Brod. One of the main causes of decline of the Czechoslovak glass industry in the first half of the 30s of 20th century was formed by pro-export focus. The region of Železný Brod and Jablonec nad Nisou had represented sites with major export, production and refining of glass that were for this reason by the economic crisis strongly affected. Deteriorating economic conditions at the beginning of 30s have resulted in intensified state intervention in industry, including the glass manufacturing as one of the most affected industrial areas. Because mostly cartels had regulatory function in the industry, a number of agreements among the glass producers in Jablonec nad Nisou and Železný Brod area were concluded. This thesis considers with different types of production and refining of the glass in order to offer the complete overview over the glass production in districts Jalonec nad Nisou and Železný Brod. The second part puts also emphasis on the social status of domestic craftsmen considering their relations with employers, which determined in times of economic crisis the legislation enacted after establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic, in the 20s and...
Glasshouses of Buquoy
Vojtěchová, Blanka ; Čechura, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Bareš, Jiří (referee)
This work concems the history of glassworks and glashouses in the region of South Bohemia - Novohradské hory - on the border with Austria. Glassmakers worked here over 500 years, since Middle Age until the beginning of the 20th century. There were many generations of glassmasters, glassmakers, refiners ant others and others in the manufactures and later in the factories. The period before the half of the 18th century. It was the time of first Middle Age Glasshouses in the 14th and 15th century, the time ofthe renaissance glassworks and first baroque glassworks. There had been an excellent glassworks in Wilhelmberg, near Heilbronn, in the Gratzen domain, founded by the Rosenbergs about 1580s. At that time, glassmakers came to this region maybe from Italy and later sure from France. The most importent figure of The period since half of the 18th century, the period of founding of new glassworks in Novohradské hory. During 40 years 8 glassworks were founded. On the beginning, the most famous period of glassworks began here when the Count Georg Franz Buquoy found new glass material - black, later red, hyalite and took all glassworks in the region under his direkt ownership. There where 6 glassworks in the first half of the 19th century. After death of Georg Franz Buquoy began slowly dec1ine of glassworks In...
Glassmaking in Jablonec during the second half of the 19th century and early 20th century (with regard to the social-economic and technological development)
Bareš, Jiří ; Jakubec, Ivan (advisor) ; Efmertová, Marcela (referee) ; Čechura, Jaroslav (referee)
Glass work is one of such branches, which affected the regional development and general character of not only Jablonec region, but also the whole N othern Czechia. The very inception of glass work in this region is strongly connected with German collonisation. People, who came to this Czech border area, were originally from relatively crowded German regions. Such suitable natural conditions as e. g. deep forests, mountain rivers, it all made glass work possible. On this base, metallurgy followed by glass workshops, especially centred on abrasive technologies. In Nothern Czechia, there are vety exhausting climate conditions; the soil bonity is very poor as well. These facts influenced the economic structure and activities of its inhabitants. All mentioned factors made people not only to work in glass industry, but also in textile workshops. It means, they worked in the two most important economic branches of N othern Czechia. Prom the turn of the 18th and 19th century, key changes in glass work came into being in that time in Jizerské hory region. This period was characterised by the system of distributed manufacture, based on protoindustrialisation. A wide range of goods started to be produced here. It has an umbrella term "Jablonec goods", involving many sorts of fine and utilitarian products made mostly...
