My bachelor theses deals with a family house with an establishment that serves as tax adviser office. The house is situated in the Přerov cadastral, Dvořák street. The work deals with two-story slab-building includes a garage for one car. House is designed for four-member family. There is separate entrance from the street to the place of business on the left side of the first floor. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm using POT beams and ceiling Miako. House and garage is covered with a flat roof single-shell.

Home for the Elderly

The subject of the diploma theses is a house for the elderly. The building is designed on flat terrain in the Přerov cadastral, Dvořákova street. The building is designed for the permanent housing of the elderly, with the possibility of using day care services. There is a 25 residential units. The building is divided into two parts, three flors are supposed to living and the rest two floors made operating part. On the first floor there is a medical surgery, and a café. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm Ceiling. The whole building is covered with flat roof. Home of the Elderly is designed as barrier-free.

Technigues and philosophy of the educational system horsemanship in relation to a man and a horse

The work introduces the alternative method horsmanship in a horse training, that follows from behaviour of horses in their natural environment. It deals with ethology and a horse language, how they communicate with each other, next mental qualities of horses- instincts that are built in horses from everlasting. A part of the work is a chapter, that describes communication between a man and a horse based on the horse language, which the horse understands. This chapter presents a man´s communication with horses through a body language and helps to build a relantionship based on respect and confidence.
Last but not least the work mentions the most famous and important representatives and also it deals with some methods: Join Up and Seven games that help to create relationship between a man and a horse. Photos are attached to these methods.
