In the first part of the thesis is analyzed the problem and the current situation together with the evaluation. Furthermore, the company's requirements for a new solution are described. The following part of the thesis is devoted to the selection of the contractor of the required solution in the tender and its evaluation. The design part of the thesis is devoted mainly to network analysis PERT and risk analysis. The implementation part of the thesis describes the process of system implementation. The Karat ODM (Material Cutting Optimization) connection to TruTops FAB software, which controls automatic warehouse and punch presses, including benefit evaluation and comparison with previous solutions, is described in more detail.
