The Constitution of the Habsburg Monarchy in the first of 19th century in comparison with the Polish Constitution of 3rd May

The thesis deals with the analysis of the Constution of first half of the 19th century in Habsburg Monarchy (The Pillersdorf constitution, The Kremsier constitution and The Stadion constitution) and with the analysis of the Polish Constitution of 3rd May from the year 1791. The first section describes constitutionalism as a concept. It is followed by an overview of previous historical events, which have great influence of the constitutional progress in the Habsburg monarchy in the previous period. The third chapter describes The Pillersdorf constitution, the fourth chapter is dedicated to The Kremsier consitution (and The Kremsier Assembly) and the fifth chapter discusses The Stadion constitution. Then is following by short section which is evaluating the influence of Austrian constitution on subsequent development of constitutionalism in Habsburg Monarchy. The seventh chapter is devoted to Polish Constitution of 3rd May and describes naturally also historical reasons for adoption of this constitutional text and an internal political situation in Poland especially during the 18th century. 1 ABSTRACT (resumé - anglická verze) Testament and its legal regulation in the history, present and de lege ferenda This thesis is concerned with historical development of legislation of the testament as a probate title in our country. It analyzes the different legal regulations and delivering a comprehensive look at this institute from past to present and thanks to the new civil code in to the future. Its aim is to bring will to the general public as a significant Heritage title respecting the will of the testator and allowing him to choose his heirs or their inheritance shares otherwise than as provided for in the rules of inheritance law. Since the new Civil Code returns to our inheritance law some traditional institutions, it is beneficial for better understanding to be also familiar with their historical adapting and development. Thesis in each historical period approximates the form of the testament with its most relevant features that enable easier comparisons between treatments. Witch trials in the region of Šumperk

Witch trials in the region of Šumperk The purpose of my thesis is to outline the period of second half of the 17th century when the witch trials in the region of Sumperk occurred and to draw attention to new results in research for this matter. This work also focuses on the legal aspects of these witch trials. The thesis is composed of eight chapters. Chapter One (subdivided into three parts) is introductory and explains who was considered as a witch and what these people might cause, what black and white magic is, and the differences between men and women witches. Chapter Two is the introduction to witch trials. Part One examines the origin of the trials and their present shape and Part Two explains the problem of witch-hunting. Chapter Three briefly compares in three parts the effects of religion, natural and human factors on the inception of witch trials. Chapter Four presents the most important writings supporting the battle against witches, such as the bulla "Summis desiderantes affectibus" of Pope Innocent VIII., the infamous "Malleus Maleficarum" of Heinrich Kramer or Delrio's "Disquisitionum magicarum libri sex".
