Explant Culture of Trifolium pratense L.

Explant Culture of Trifolium pratense L. A principial precondition for successful elicitation used to increase the production of secondary metabolities is, among other, finding a suitable elicitor, its concentration and the optimal period of time of the action of the elicitor on the plant culture in vitro, which was the aim of the present thesis. The effect was examined of a 6, 24, 48 and 168 hour action of the solution of mercury dichloride (in four concentrations) on the production of flavonoids and isoflavonoids in the callus and suspension culture of Trifolium pratense L. cultivated on a Gamborg medium with an addition of 2 mg.l-1 of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and 2 mg.l-1 of 6-benzylaminopurine, at the temperature of 25řC and 16 hour light/8 hour dark period. The maximal content of flavonoids found by a photometric determination according to Pharmacopoeia Bohemica 2005 was demonstrated in the callus culture (0,636 %) after 6 hour action of the elicitor of the 100 µmol concentration and in the suspension culture (0,492 %) after 168 hour action of the elicitor of the 10 µmol concentration. Function of Destination Management Organizations in Czechia: The Case Study of the Touristic Area Orlicke Hory and Podorlicko

This diploma thesis deals with the function of regional destination management organizations in Czechia. Destination management organizations are founded to implement destination management at various spatial levels (national, regional, local). In Czechia, the issue of destination management is a relatively new area of research. The aim of this work is to clarify the role of destination companies as one of the regional development actors with an emphasis on the development of tourism. The theoretical base is network theory and the concept of destination governance along with other base of the cooperation of actors in tourism development. For purpose to get a general insight into the situation of destination management in Czechia, the analysis of the regional destination companies is a part of the work. In addition, thesis includes the case study of the tourist area of Orlicke hory and Podorlicko, in which the destination company of the same name operates. The case study includes analysis of strategic documents and annual reports of selected actors, semi- structured interviews with representatives of selected organizations from the region and a questionnaire survey among the members of the destination management organization. Veronika Dumbrovská Abstract This thesis deals with arrivals of Russian tourists to Prague. Since 1993 the numbers of their arrivals to the capital rise significantly. Russia became the second most important source market of Prague tourism. During this period demand of Russian tourists was influenced by some events and factors. The main goal of this study is to evaluate development of attendance Russian tourist in Prague and determine which factors and events influence it. In study there were evaluated in addition to impact of visa regime also economic, safety and implementation factors. There were used secondary statistical data in connection with discussion of literature and comparing of research. The process quality management in the chosen organization

This graduation thesis deals with the analysis of the process quality management in the chosen organization. There exist many reasons why should the companies implement the system of the quality management. From the point of view of the producers the quality represents a tool. Thanks to this tool is reached the loyalty of the customers, reduced their perceptiveness on a potential price change and kept the competitive position of the company. The goal of the dissertation was the analysis of the process quality management in the chosen organization and determination of the proposals leading to the improvement of this process. The measures which I proposed could improve the processes of the realization of the foundry products, increase the customers' satisfaction, increase the loyalty of the workers and contribute to the overall improvement of the quality management system of the company Sytech.

System for assessing projects in terms of risk

The goal of this work was to create a system of risk assessment in companies engaged in software development. In the aplication part three already finished projects were analysed. The result of the analysis was compiling a register of risks. The register contains a list of 14 causes and 4 key risk factors. At first these risk factors and their causes undergo an expert evaluation by a subjective probability of their occurrence and intensity of their potential impact in the system. Experts' estimation of the impact strength is complemented by a sensitivity analysis. Subsequently, the system evaluates the risks and compiles a list of key risks. System also provides with arrangements that serve to reduce the extent of key risks. In conclusion, the system carries out a quantitative analysis in the form of a probability tree.
