The aim is to determine whether the investment will be beneficial for the company. Therefore it is necessary to learn about functioning of the company, with market, that is about to enter, with the reasons for choosing of the specific technology, way of financing, but also with technology itself. Subsequently it is needed to determine whether the investment will be effective or not.

On basis of recognition of reality it contents the study of logistics conception in industrial organization. It deals with import products with low turnover from sister factories because the production of these products is nonprofitable for organization.

The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the passage contract now at ABB s.r.o. and propose solutions that will lead to the optimization of the production system. The first part focuses on the theoretical aspects are important for understanding the basic principles. The second part of the analysis is completed passage of the contract now. The following sections are submitted its own proposals for solutions that will lead to more efficient processes and evaluate the design itself.

Jedná se o cestovní kancelář, která bude nabízet ekologické tour do národních parků v Kolumbii. Návrh obchodního plánu je založen na teoretických základech a dále rozvinut a podpořen důkladnou analýzou trhu a výzkumem, který byl za tímto účelem uskutečněn.

The Study of Procurement Logistics for Organization Providing Services

Diploma thesis uses theoretical knowledge of the logistics procurement and applies them to specific business entity. The acquired information is used for proposals improving allocation of suppliers and supply management. The analysis of suppliers as well as the improvement of the information flow are two main benefits of the work. The study of feasibility and the strategy of the product differentiation determine the conditions implementing these suggestions of improvement.

The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on improvement of supply management and stocks optimalization in the non-manufacturing company. By indexes of effectivity of stocks management is analyzed the current situation in the company. Similarly, indexes are used to evaluate what advantages could be achieved on supply management and stocks optimalization by using these methods to fulfill goals. These methods are used to set optimal stocks, ABC analysis, Economic Order Quantity and evaluation of suppliers.
