Seasonality as a typical feature of tourism - case study: Kryštofovo Údolí Abstract The diploma thesis examines the issue of the seasonality of tourism. The first goal was to contribute to the discussion of the seasonality of tourism in the context of sustainable tourism and the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on tourism. The theoretical framework is based on Czech and foreign professional literature. The second goal was to create a proposal for an off- season offer for a selected model area - Kryštofovo Údolí in the Liberec Region. The village can be proud of the unprecedented Novinský viaduct, the all-wooden church of St. Christopher from the 17th century, an astronomical clock, the Museum of Nativity Scenes, natural attractions, and the conservation zone, which was established mainly thanks to half-timbered cottages. The specific of the village is also a pedestal, a historical type of house construction, which is not commonly seen outside the Czech-Polish-German border area (Trojzemí). In order to accomplish the second goal, it was necessary to anchor the characteristics of the area in terms of tourism and also in general on the basis of many diverse sources. Teacher's personal teaching conception as a crucial factor of geography lessons Abstract This bachelor thesis examines a teachers' personal approaches of teaching geography, teaching styles and other selected aspects of the learning process. The main task of this work was to determine the content and the way of teaching of modern geography teachers, as well as the most important aspects of geography to be taught and what the teachers primarily want to teach their students. Beside this, a very important goal was to create a research tool (particularly a survey) to determine a teacher's teaching method and its impact on the learning process. Basic terminology, such as teacher's personal approach of teaching and teaching styles are defined in the theoretical part. Methodology and practical part follow afterwards. The practical part is consisted of results of the survey. The survey was prepared and piloted based on the theoretical-methodological balance sheet and the literature discussion. The results show that this survey was usable in practice and that the teacher's personal approach significantly influences the teaching process of geography. The Ways of the pedago-psychological diagnostic Methods at primary School

This thesis is focused on a practical utilisation of methods of pedagogical-psychological diagnostics in a primary school. The theoretical part explores the role and importance of pedagogical diagnostics in a school, the view of a teacher on a meaningfulness of diagnosis in dependence on the years of his/her teaching experience, and positions on the personality of a pupil in dependence of his/her physical, psychical and social development. The practical part consists of interviews with teachers where I asked about the practicality and possible ways of use of the methods of pedagogical-psychological diagnostics in the usual school environment. This is followed by an analysis of the drawing-projection method and didactic non-standard tests. This paper is concluded with an assessment of social climate in a class. The research has been conducted with the teachers and the pupils of the primary school in Ceske Budejovice.
