Diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the financial health of microenterprise using statistical methods, specifically time series. The selected size of the enterprise is related to important asset, since this type of analysis is not usually automated. In theoretical part, thesis will discuss each monitored indicator that forms the basis for statistical analysis, which is also described in the theoretical level. The practical part will focus on specific statements obtained, their financial and statistical analysis, and then creating a program in the language of Excel VBA to automate these activities.

This thesis focuses on the theoretical description of risk management options related to information technologies and describes methods used to risk analysis. Described methods are fault tree analysis, event tree analysis, FMEA, HAZOP and Markovov analysis. Practical part includes proposal and implementation of program that visualizes decision trees and determines probability of each tree item.

The following bachelor thesis deals evaluation of financial situation and proposals which lead to its improvement. This work is divided into three parts, which logically follow. In the first part the theoretical background necessary for processing the analytical part. In the second part is mainly a financial analysis. There are also defined individual indicators, including their recommended values, which are necessary to assess the financial situation. The third and most important part of this work is its own solution proposals.

This bachelor’s thesis will deal with selected economic indicators LIVI company, spol. s.r.o. and subsequent application of statistical methods to these indicators in order to predict. The thesis consists of four main parts. Specification of the thesis, namely the development and evaluation of proposals, the creation of the calculation of economic indicators. Theoretical basis, especially financial data, regression analysis and time series analysis. Enterprise characteristics and by calculation of financial indicators of borrowed financial statements. Application of theoretical knowledge for its own calculations and draft recommendations. The output of this bachelor’s thesis will serve as a possible starting point in choosing strategic plans and compiling business objectives.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the use of statistical methods in practice, especially interested in the financial analysis of HELIX Liberec s.r.o. expressed by selected economic indicators in the time series from 2000 to 2010. The work has both theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is important to clarify the terms of the statistical and financial analysis in the practical part will apply the theoretical basis for undertaking an assessment of the situation and outline possible recommendations for improvement.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with rating of financial situation of selected company using financial analysis and statistical methods. The thesis is divided into theoretical part where I focus on economics indicators with time lines and regression analysis. The next part is analytics part, which uses the acquired theoretical knowledge. It also includes calculations for individual indicators. The third part summarizes achieved results, makes recommendations for the company and show created program for the purpose of this thesis and its next use by the company.

This master’s thesis is focused on risk management of a particular project in the company BIC Brno s.r.o. The theoretical part describes the principles of project management, each particular step of the risk management process and main methods used for identification and quantification of risks. The analytical part contains a description of the project and its plans and an analysis of the current situation of the company, the main aim is to identify potential project risks, to evaluate them using RIPRAN method, and to plan the actions to reduce importance. The outcome of the thesis is the risk register, which can be used for other projects in the company and make risk management more efficient.
