Determination of biologically active substances by sequential injection analysis with chemiluminescence detection.
Štěpánková, Lucie ; Polášek, Miroslav (advisor) ; Sklenářová, Hana (referee)
1.1 Abstrakt A simple and rapid automated method for the assay of norepinephrine by sequential injection analysis (SIA) with chemiluminescence detection was devised and optimised. The optimised parameters were aspirated volumes of the norepinephrine bitartrate sample and reagents, flow rate, composition of the carrier stream and the photomultiplier voltage. Optimum sample volume was 80 μl and the optimum reagent concentrations (and aspirated volumes) were - 25 mM sodium polyphosphate (44 μl), 0,1 M sulphuric acid (24 μl) and 1 mM potassium permanganate (21 μl)., The optimum flow rate (for pushing the luminescent zone to the detector) was 91 μl/s and the photomultiplier voltage was 450 V. The carrier stream was ultrapure water. The calibration curve was rectilinear in the range 1 - 40 µmol/l of norepinephrine bitartrate. The parameters of the calibration curve y = kx + q (where y is the intensity of chemiluminescence in nA and x stands for the concentration of norepinephrine bitartrate in µmol/l) were calculated by the linear regression method. The slope k was 33.923 and the intercept q was 34.839. The correlation coefficient was 0.9997. The relative standard deviations were 2.78 or 1.18 % (n = 10) when determining 4.75 or 18.98 µmol/l norepinephrine bitartrate in pure standard solutions respectively. The...
Negative Prefixes in the present-day French
ŠTĚPÁNKOVÁ, Lucie
The aim of this work is to describe, with use of specialised literature, the characteristics of negative prefixes in present-day French. Then we will observe the correctness of observing the rules of application of these prefixes and study the frequency of their use. For this research, we will employ the methods of frequency and corpus analysis. This work is divided into two main parts and both contain several subchapters. In the theoretical part, we will explain the terms connected to language and word-formation in general, then we will focus on derivation and prefixes. On the basis of the Le Petit Robert dictionary and the other specialised literature, we will define the negative prefixes and describe their rules of usage. The following practical part will deal with corpus analysis of these prefixes.

The second defines the music industry and explain its structure and the change, which it is currently undergoing, due to the advent of digital music. The third part presents the analysis of individual digital music distribution and marketing tools.
Využití poznatků o mikroklimatických poměrech jeskyní
Štěpánková, Lucie
This bachelor thesis deals with the use of knowledge about the cave microclimate conditions. The first part of thesis is a literature review. Review contains major topics such as climate, caves, cave microclimate and monitoring, other studies carried out in caves and research done abroad. Caves microclimate monitoring, being performed both at home and abroad, have recently expanded. The microclimate inside the caves began to change gradually with the increase of tourists. Thanks researches, which takes place inside the caves, it is possible to observe recently changing parameters. Than it is possible to maintain the control through specific measures. There are also topics such as cave biota, bats and lampenflora in the thesis. The thesis concludes characteristics of the area and the Moravian Karst and evaluation of temperature in Catherine Cave
