This Bachelor thesis analyses the business environment. In the theoretical part the environment of the company, barriers and problems of the business are described. The thesis is focused on the draft of communication mix for existing joinery. Joinery Michal Večeřa is a company that specializes in tailor-made furniture production. The diploma thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic knowledge of literature. In the analytical part there is an analysis of the current state of the company and a questionnaire survey. In the design part there are the own proposals of the communication mix of the joinery.
