Charakterization of the genetic structure population of the ahid parazitoid Lysiphlebus fabarum using by molecular markers
ŠTRYMPLOVÁ ŠŤASTNÁ, Kamila
Population genetics of host alternation in aphid parasitoids were studied on thelytokous populations of Lysiphlebus fabarum, which were presumed to manifest genetically stabile patterns (possibly host-species dependent lineages). Model populations and isofemale populations centering the determination of the individual lineages on Aphis fabae were analysed using RAPD and SSR molecular methods. Host alternation utilized an unnatural host, Diuraphis noxia (Kurdj.) in no-choice laboratory trials yielded populations manifesting different respective characters. The results indicate the potential of RAPD markers to differentiate L. fabarum, L. cardui and L. confusus. The results (from the RAPD and SSR methods) tend on the role of host-alternation as a less selective net affecting respectively the parasitoid filial progeny on another host aphid species. The correct identification of species and strains of these parasitoids is necessary to implement, when using parasitoids in a biological control program, to undoubtedly identify species in the natural population in order to design strategies for monitoring releases in the environment.
Basic characteristics of pragmatically orientated linguistics
Šťastná, Kamila ; Pacovská, Jasňa (advisor) ; Mareš, Petr (referee)
The thesis describes the communication-pragmatic turn in linguistics, monitors the stimuli that resulted in pragmalinguistic research. Pragmatically oriented linguistics and its basic issues are characterized: speech acts, verbal communication strategy, argumentation in communication and nonverbal communication. The findings of selected topics are applied in analysing records of utterances. The thesis is concluded by assessing the relation between theoretical knowledge of pragmatic aspects of communication and real communication practice.
The issue of moral education in Czech schools
Šťastná, Kamila ; Sokol, Jan (advisor) ; Pelcová, Naděžda (referee) ; Haškovcová, Helena (referee)
The thesis deals with moral (ethical) education in Czech schools. It tries to extend the current complementary discipline of ethical education by the Konstanz Method of Dilemma- Discussion (hereinafter KMDD) whose objective is to develop moral competence. For this purpose, it follows the tradition of moral education in Czech schools and pays attention to the diversity of the concept of moral education. It introduces the main psychological backgrounds of moral education and also the theories that focus on the "measurement" of morality. The thesis analyses the contemporary Czech concept of ethical education, maps the situation of moral education with respect to our neighbours, and then presents the Konstanz Method of Dilemma-Discussion. Part of the dissertation is its research section in which Czech pupils were subjected to a KMDD examination through research. Keywords: moral education, ethics education, method, concept, tradition, measurement of morality, Konstanz Method of Dilemma Discussion

AND KEY WORDS ŠŤASTNÁ, Kamila. Forms of the Assessment of Pupils in the Education of the Czech Language and Literature. Prague, 2013. Dissertation. Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Arts, Institute of Czech Language and Theory of Communication. The dissertation deals with the issues of student assessment, namely classification by means of marks and verbal assessment. As a form of student assessment an approach based on the synthesis of both forms is also considered. In the theoretical part of the dissertation assessment in general, school assessment and its special characteristics, positive and negative assessment, types and functions of assessment are defined. The dissertation is mainly concerned with the issues of forms of assessment, their benefits and negative aspects. When discussing verbal assessment, the possibilities of its use are described, its different forms are distinguished, attention is paid to the question of formulating verbal assessment. The dissertation is also concerned with the issues of transition from classification to verbal assessment. The empirical part discovers, by means of interview, which form Czech language and literature teachers use when assessing the students and what their opinions of types of assessment in question are. The dissertation surveys the reasons...
