The focus control unit for the optical microscope
Flek, Petr ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis was to focus on the issue of creating photos with great depth of field, which are developed on an electronically controlled optical microscope with photographic equipment. Arduino module with a series ATMega (Atmel Corporation) microcontroller, that was selected for management control device has been described in detail in the next section. Work includes the design and implementation of the control unit, which automates the process of capturing digital images from the microscope. The control unit contains a module Arduino with ATmega328 processor, which controls the stepper motor connected to focus of the JENAVERT microscope (Carl Zeiss). Device communicates with the user by buttons and LCD display.
Realization of hybrid integrated circuits leads for high-temperature applications
Valíček, Jan ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Řezníček, Michal (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with realization possibilities of hybrid integrated circuit terminals for high temperature applications. It describes the realization method of direct mounting of terminals, this method of fixation using the conductive paste for the thick film technology. It also describes the selection of suitable materials and the temperature profile in the reflow and muffle furnace and follow removal of terminal oxides. Furthermore, a method for testing of terminals thermal resistance was realized. In conclusion, the method shows increased mechanical strength with the using of dielectric paste.
Optimized Thermo-dynamic Senzor with Balance P¨rincip
Řezníček, Michal ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This work deal with taking advatage of ballance thermodynamic sensors as the replacement of commercial temperature sensors.
Control unit for positioning control of the experimental positional table
Fries, Lukáš ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
The work is devoted to the theoretical characteristics of the used components and its functioning. The main part is focused on practical design and build a functional device for control the position of the table, which is part of some unspecified workplace. Attention is mainly concentrated on the ATmega328, which is part of the module Arduino for control sub systems. The document describes a closer communication with the computer, which can be selected as a control element positioning apparatus. Change of position is provided by two stepper motors. The primary control was designed using buttons and the position information is the operator transmitted to the display. The whole concept is subject to the requirements on the reliability and accuracy with an emphasis on simple operation.
Modification of PCB cleaning process after removing BGA component
Procházka, Adam ; Bžoněk, Tomáš (referee) ; Řezníček, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the modification of DPS cleaning process after the removal of BGA components. The thesis is divided into five main parts including the introduction and conclusion. The introduction comprises an assignment and aim of the thesis. The first, theoretical, part then deals with different kinds of soldering, individual types of solders and the rework process itself. The second part examines the whole practical part in detail, from the proposal of the test printed circuit board to its mounting, soldering and subsequent testing. Also, it explains the practical tests for connectors. The third part then describes the board testing by thermal cycling. The last part consists of the summary of results, a comparison of individual soldering pastes and conclusion.
Design of stone mastix asphalt and determinantion of the resistance against permanent deformation
Řezníček, Michal ; Hýzl, Petr (referee) ; Varaus, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with designing stone mastic asphalt with modified parameters in comparison to the current applicable standard. It describes the sub-parts of the design such as tests of raw materials (aggregates and asphalt), a proposal for a modified grading curve, and mixture tests. After suggesting a satisfactory mixture, it presents the test of produced boards'resistance to permanent deformations at 50 ° C and 60 ° C. The obtained results are then evaluated and mutually compared.
Non-conventional Applications in Thick Film Technology
Krejčí, Pavel ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This work deals with issues of application of the thick film technology in the non-conventional field. It includes the essential core of this technology, the overview of producers focusing on manufacturing thick film pastes and concrete examples of application. The general aim is to present growing opportunity of non-conventional application of thick film to the reader and to stimulate the imagination towards inventing new applications. In the experimental part of this work a design of a planar inductor on organic and anorganic substrate is carried out using thick film technology, screen and paste for high resolution.
The pressure measuring using LTCC technology
Straka, Michal ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Kosina, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the problems of the pressure sensor made on a low temperature co-fired ceramics. The pressure sensor converts the measured physical quantity to the electrical signal. The strain-gauge, capacitive and optical sensors are used for scanning of the pressure. It is possible to construct the multilayer sensors with holes and cutouts, through the use of the 3D structure on LTCC sensors. The passive parts can be applied on this layer through the thin-layer or thick-layer technology, which creates conductible paths and contacts for parts and outlets. In the practical part of the work, a few construction types of pressure sensors are designed, implemented and measured. Emphasis is given to strain-gauge strip sensor and possible problems during its manufacture, lamination and deformation of burn-out.
Analysis of Defects on PCB Using Modern Optical Method
Vala, Martin ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Řihák, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on detecting of defects on BGA (Ball Grid Array) components using of X-ray. Defects are formed during reflow BGA components during assembly, but also later due to mechanical and thermal stress. Therefore, there is an overview of defects and methods of diagnosis of BGA packages eg .: modern X-ray defect detection or micro sections. There is disclosed a device NORDSON DAGE XD7600NT its operation and setup. The device enables advanced methods of scanning called X-plane. For creating 3D models used reconstructive software called CERA, which uses raw data from the method of X-Plane.
Controlled rectifier bridge
Kučírek, Martin ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is concerned with problems of monophasic full-wave rectifiers - describes the components used in wiring monophasic full-wave uncontrolled rectifier (Graetz rectifier) and controlled with power MOSFETs and IC LT4320 in the theoretical part. The practical part explains manufacturing process controlled rectifier bridge in the form of embedded system. On the final product is carried out measurement and comparison with commercial uncontrolled monophasic full-wave rectifier.
