The goal of the submitted thesis is the utilization of EU funds as a development of a local infrastructure, concretely construction of the new bicycle lane. First part of the thesis revers to a basic conception regional policy, operation programmes and describe process of steps in the project. In the next parts there are description of a starting transportation position in the village, setting up a particular project and valuation the project as a whole.

Evaluation of Training Effectiveness of FOXCONN, s.r.o. company

This thesis deals with the practical aspects of corporate training with the main focus on assessment and measurement of its outputs and effectiveness. The theoretical part introduces to the reader the concepts of corporate education and professional development as well as with their current trends. Next chapters describe the methods of analyzing educational needs and defining development goals. Moreover, various models of assessing the training effectiveness are presented. The application part of this thesis consists of empirical research conducted in the FOXCONN corporation. The purpose of this research was to evaluate training effectiveness of two types of trainings, using Kirkpatrick and Brinkerhoff models, and to address current issues of corporate education and propose solutions to them.

The Body Image of Female University Students with Regard to Possible Transgenerational Transfer

The thesis focuses on female university students and their body image in relation with their parents' body image. The satisfaction of the students with their own bodies depends on many elements such as the influence of the media and the judgements of their peers, family and authorities. A substantial part of our thesis is an unprecedented analysis of the possibility of a trans-generation transfer of the extent of satisfaction with one's own body from parents to their daughters. We have used the quantitative research strategy to assess the results gathered from questionnaires focusing on the students' as well as the parents of both male and female children's perception of their own bodily features. Physical parameters such as height and weight were also checked. The study also focused on whether the trans- generation transfer is affected by the way the parents treat their children during childhood and adolescence. Our results have shown that there is a positive relation between the student's and the mother's body image. This positive relation can be perceived as a consequence of the trans-generation transfer which is probably a mechanism of observational learning. This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of export strategy of the biggest Czech car manufacturer - SKODA AUTO. It mainly focuses on strategic markets that will be crucial for the company in next years. The tool used in this thesis is SWOT analysis (analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). Moreover, the first two chapters deal with current information concerning the company's performance and its Strategy of growth.
