Modeling of energy flows in the municipality with battery systems
Řehořek, Tomáš ; Krátký,, Milan (referee) ; Paar, Martin (advisor)
This thesis studies battery systems and possibilities of their utilization together with PV systems mainly for domestic purposes. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the impact of increased number of BEVs on load demand. The aim of the thesis is to simulate and investigate the power flows, within a selected grid, with high levels of PV generation paired with battery systems. The calculation of the power flows is performed in OpenDSS and the input data for the simulations are generated in Matlab. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the technology of the battery systems and how they operate. The thesis also partly touches on the use of battery systems for grid applications. In the practical part, an evaluation of simulations investigating the capability of battery systems to limit peaks of surplus generated energy is performed. As well as that the impact of increased load caused by BEV charging and the possibilities of reduction of this load via use of battery systems is also investigated.
Power Systems Ranges of Main Parameters
Řehořek, Tomáš ; Gála, Michal (referee) ; Paar, Martin (advisor)
The thesis deals with description of the power system, parameters of it’s components and the range of outputs and consumption. In the first part the structure of the power system is described as well as the fundamental division of electric grids. In this part the work also touches on the ways of supllying the elctric traction. Furthermore the amount of production and consumption is mentioned. In the second part this work focuses on description of selected components of the power system and their real parameters. Furthermore the work also touches on the matter of electromobility and battery energy storage systems. In the last part of this work a few simple methods of consumption estimation are presented. This work also includes two infografics, that describe the power system.

Estimation Of Electricity Consumption
Řehořek, Tomáš
The article deals with simple estimation of electricity consumption. There are three different methods of estimations mentioned in the article, they differ among each other by the amount of required inputs, availability of these inputs and accuracy of resultant estimations. The first two methods are based on the amount of consumption per capita. The third method is based on the parameters of components used to supply the investigated area. The article contains the comparison between the estimated consumption a real measured consumption.

The Impact of the ISDS on Users
Řehořek, Tomáš ; Doucek, Petr (advisor) ; Řemelka, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis work is to do with the Information system of data boxes (ISDS) which is introduced from legislation's and user's point of view. Because the introduction of this system has influenced hundreds of thousands of subjects the main target of this thesis is to find out about the impact of the ISDS on users with the help of the analysis method. In this work firstly the data provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs are examined and interpreted, secondly the results of the poll conducted by the author and then a cost-benefit analysis of the system from the users' point of view is carried out. The results of the work show that the ISDS was at the end of the examined period (2009 -- 2013) beneficial for its users and the total economic benefit for the respective period is 3.6 billion Czech crowns. This means that every crown spent on the operation of the system by the Ministry of Internal Affairs represents savings of 2 Czech crowns. The author of this work has come to the conclusion that the system is from a legislative, technological and economic point of view very well created. The author recommends to the system administrator its further development and also recommends to use its potential among thousands of OSVČ (the self-employed).
Digital continuity of electronic documents in the commercial environment
Řehořek, Tomáš ; Kunstová, Renáta (advisor) ; Nemrava, Pavel (referee)
The bachelor work is to do with digital continuity of electronic documents as they occur in the commercial environment. The electronic documents can be used as legal documents only when constructed according to certain guidelines. The aim of this bachelor's work is to carry out an analysis of everything to do with ensuring the long-term validity of electronic documents and suggest practical solutions for each individual company. I have chosen an IT company called newps.cz which can be characterized as one of the leading suppliers of IT solutions to the Czech eGovernment. The thesis work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the vocabulary, laws, and other facts particular to this field. It also includes a commentary on the resource list (the literature) dealing either with digital continuity of electronic documents directly or similar themes. The second part addresses the solutions which are currently available for ensuring digital continuity. IT solutions offered nowadays can be divided into three general groups for which some characteristics are typical. This fact has made the choice considerably easier because conditions set by the company can be evaluated on a general level. Therefore, finally, only three solutions fulfilled the required parametres and were shortlisted. The result is then a concrete solution for the company newps.cz. The highest quality solution was chosen. So far there has been no publication or technical article which describes all aspects of solutions to digital continuity. The biggest contribution of this thesis work is above all that the subject -- ensuring the long-term validity of electronic documents corresponding to current legislation - is dealt with in its entirety. This work can be used by companies other than newps.cz. They will get an overview of less known alternative solutions for the long-term validity of electronic documents including document conversion or hardware archiving.
