Family House

The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a single-family house. The detached house will include a two-car garage and will be built in the northern part of the village Moravské Knínice, a brick building with two above-ground floors and one underground. The roof is a saddleback. The vertical load-bearing structure, as well as the non-structural construction, is designed of Heluz ceramic bricks. The total construction area is 162,85 m2.
Hotel

The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a hotel. The hotel is situated on the edge of the golf resort Kaskáda near to Jinačovice. It’s a brick building with two above – ground floors and one underground. There is the staircase in the building that creates protected escape route. The perimeter wall is designed of ceramic bricks Porotherm T Profi. They are filled – in by mineral wool. The hotel is divided into three dilatational parts. There are 35 guest rooms in the hotel; two of them are barrier – free, in total 63 beds. In the ground floor there are entrance, reception, restaurant, bar, kitchen with the background. In the basement there are technical equipment, a fitness room, a wellness, changing rooms, washrooms and a bar. The roof of the hotel is flat. There is the terrace accessible from the apartments in the second floor above the restaurant.

Strategy of Hyundai Motor Company in the international markets

The thesis deals with the current form and determinants of further development of the automotive industry and strategy of Hyundai Motor Company, the fastest growing automaker in the international markets of these days. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first one is devoted to recent development of the automotive industry with a closer focus on the main characteristics of the Czech market and mentions the major trends affecting the industry. Next part introduces HMC and analyzes the development of its position in the global automotive market. Subject of the third chapter is an analysis of the company's business strategy, which has become the key factor of its growing importance. It mentions the main company objectives, the process of creating a strategic plan, different strategic approaches in the international market, phases of strategic brand management and discribes history of the company strategy. The final part focuses on the reasons of the construction of Hyundai factory in the country, evaluates it's position in the Czech market and the analysed strategy.
The export strategy of Konrad brewery

The first chapter of the thesis describes the main features of the world and Czech beer market. Basic information about the company, its production and position on the Czech market are mantioned in the second part of the thesis. The third chapter describes export strategy of the enterprise, international environment, reasons and methods of entry to foreign markets, SWOT analyse, PEST analyse, market segmentation and marketing mix used by the firm on the international markets. The fourth chapter mentions the main export markets of the company and recommandations for the brewering's activities on them.
