The goal of this thesis is to describe the main attributes of current sources and their use as current mirrors. It is focused on the most common variations, and is specially targeted the principles and features of the Wilson-current-mirror, which is composed of bipolar and unipolar transistors. The goal is to compare them, on the basis of the analysis.

Čech, V. Employee benefits in a selected company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor thesis focuses on assessing employee benefits in a selected company. The aim is to propose recommendations for application of employee benefits based on their analysis in a specific company, including legal, financial and economic implications, and subsequent evaluation of employee satisfaction with the benefits offered. The evaluation was based on a questionnaire survey and the results show that the majority of respondents are satisfied with the offer of the benefits. Finally, a set of benefits that will increase employee satisfaction and reduce the tax base of the company are proposed.

Poaching from the point of view of criminal and misdemeanor law The subject of this work is the delict of poaching, which, with some simplification, can be characterised in other words as illegal hunting of game or fish. However, this illegality can take different forms and can be affected in different ways, and for this reason poaching is an illegal act that is qualified as a crime or a misdemeanor depending on the circumstances. The analysis and mutual comparison of poaching as a crime and as a misdemeanor is the core of this work. The diploma thesis is divided into 6 chapters. In the introductory chapter, the goals of this work are defined and the relevance of this topic is explained. The second chapter is dedicated to the basics of legal regulation of hunting and fishing, as these legal branches establish the conditions under which hunting is authorised. Other legal regulations related to poaching are also presented. Poaching is a crime whose legal regulation dates back to the early Middle Ages, and it should come as no surprise that this crime has evolved greatly. For this reason, the third chapter is devoted to the historical development of poaching. The fourth and fifth chapters form the core of this work. Individual development of performances of contemporary Czech decathletes

Individual development of performances of contemporary Czech decathletes Objective: The main objective of this work is to analyse the performance development of the current Czech decathletes and to compare them with the performance of the decathletes whose records exceeded the 9000 mark. After subsequent evaluation, create a possible prediction of their performance for the next two to three years. Methods: In my bachelor thesis, I used data analysis, comparative method and prediction. The information received was tabulated for a better overview. Results: In this work, I found that decathletes achieve their best performances between 26-27. year. The highest-scoring event is the 110m hurdles. Conversely, the lowest-scoring event is the 1500m. Comparing the points structure of performances in the decathlon, the contemporary Czech decathlons competing in the men's category are the closest to the world leaders in points for performances in the throwing disciplines. Vegetační úpravy v interiérech nákupních center

This diploma work deals with vegetative adjustments in interior of shopping centers. Evaluation of available already realised objects of this type was the target of this thesis. The main attention was given to description of particular operations during implementation of maintenance care during whole year. Literary part of this work is focused on relationship between plants and enviroment, to which is placed in. Basic part of this thesis then describes methods of vegetative elements disposition and detailed characterization of subsequent maintenance care, which is based on own experiences gained in practice.
