Hand hygiene of nursing personnel - standards versus reality

This bachelor thesis entitled "Hand hygiene of nursing personnel - standards versus reality" was developed to map the standards of hand hygiene of nursing personnel to find out the differences between hand hygiene of nursing personnel in practice compared to prescribed standards. Standards is not always equal reality. Hand hygiene was often forgotten part of nursing care in hospitals. In this work, we also dealt with the differences between nursing personnel and differences that could be related to inconsistency.

COMPETITION ANALYSIS IN SERVICES INDUSTRY ON A SMALL COMPANY EXAMPLE

The thesis analyses the ability of competiton of a company in the service branch, in the sector of the installation electronic safeguard alarm. This sector is relatively unknown that´s why it is necessary to be still ingeminate. One of partial aims of thesis was an analyse of the historical development till the present, and an analyse of the inner and outer environment. For this have been used methods of the Porter´s model and a questionnaire. The main aim was a project of efficient advertising and a improving the organization structure. One of the results of the thesis is creation of advertising campaign in various media in the way that affects to business and non-business subject. The results of this campaign should be visualization of the sector of the electronic safeguarding alarm and information about their possibilities. The second improvement includes better structure of the organisation.

Italianisms in European Spanish - Historical View

The topic of this Master's degree thesis are the lexical loanwords from Italian to European Spanish from the diachronic point of view. The first part is dedicated to the problems of language contact focused on lexical borrowings, followed by the characteristics of Italianisms and the history of the mutual contact of Spain and Italy, that led to the adoption of Italian word in Spanish and vice versa. The adaption of Italianisms in Spanish language is also analysed. The research part of this work is based on the so far most extensive and complex publication about Italianisms in Spanish, which at the same time has been strongly criticized by the science community. The expressions marked in Terlingen's work as Italianisms from the field of commerce are submitted to dictionary analysis. Based on approximately 70 historical, etymological and contemporary Spanish dictionaries, it is being verified whether the chosen words are truly loanwords of Italian origin. Every entry has its origin, meaning and ortographical variations evaluated, and the attention is also drawn to the period of time of their first occurrence and their use in Spanish. A Monistic and dual organizational structure of a joint-stock company

The thesis deals with two types of organizational structure of a joint-stock company regard to changing legislation, effective from 1st January 2014. The work is initially focused on new type of organizational structure - a monistic organizational structure. It consists of the board of directors and the statutory director. The work explains the operation and scope of the company's bodies. The second type of organizational structure, which analyses the work, is dual organizational structure. It consists of the management board and the supervisory board. The work is based on the Civil Code and the Business Corporations Act.

Rights of Shareholders in the Joint-stock Company

Bachelor thesis deals with the rights of shareholders in the joint-stock company in the current and future legislation, effective from 1. 1. 2014. The rights are divided into 4 groups. The first group of the rights focuses on the rights connected with the shareholders position in the company and with demands for information, which are in connection with participating in the management of the company. Other sections deal with rights that are closely related to the participation in the general meeting and entitled to a share on liquidation and profit. The work also deals with the rights of minority shareholders, who have in the company a specific position and rights. The paper uses the business and a new civil code and the law on trade corporations.
