The primary objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the virtual machine of Java. The virtual machine is first put in the context of virtualization and then the reason of the success of the concept of such virtual machine is shown. The virtual machine is discussed in detail in the next part of this thesis and the basic structure and principles upon which the virtual machine works are explained. In the end the primary language constructs of Java are shown in connection with the virtual machine.

Design of management accounting system for SINEKO Engineering s.r.o.
Filgas, Alexandr ; Král, Bohumil (advisor) ; Brabec, Miroslav (referee)
The objective of the thesis is to design a management accounting system for a manufacturing company operating in the construction industry. As part of the proposed system new economic and cost structure will be created and described. Furthermore, the principles of valuation of internally transfered outputs will be based on a new system of transfer prices which will help to set up an internal profit and loss analysis for each cost center. Last part of the thesis is dedicated to problematics of calculation in which cost allocation principles will be described and displayed in a form of a custom made calculation formula.

The use of calculations in the business management
Staněk, Tomáš ; Boučková, Markéta (advisor) ; Roun, Vlastimil (referee)
The presented Bachelor thesis entitled "The use of calculations in the business management", focuses primarily on the choice of the appropriate method of calculation and cost allocation base for fictitional company Dřevařez s.r.o. The work is divided into two main parts, one of which is theoretical and the other practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the explanation of the basic concepts used in the calculations. At the beginning of practical part manufacturing company, its organizational structure and product range are introduced. This is followed by the classification and description of all company's costs, which are then subsequently allocated by using the calculation methods for the individual products. Gabašová, Evelina ; Hric, Jan (referee) ; Vomlelová, Marta (advisor)
Text clustering and classi cation are important machine learning tasks. In this work, a combination of their approaches is presented. The main purpose was to automatically prepare a set of clusters (or generally concepts), which would subsequently serve as a training data for learning of a classiffi er. This work comprises of theoretical background, implementation details and experimental results of clustering and classi cation of text documents. A train set of documents is rst hierarchically clustered by the bisecting k-means algorithm. The result is o ered to an expert for modifi cations and possible improvements of the hierarchy. Following this, the resulting structure is used for learning of a naive Bayes classi er and a test set of documents is classi ed by it. A program was developed to perform these tasks and its results are evaluated and compared in processing document collections written in both English and Czech.

Compression of short text messages
Blažek, Jan ; Halas, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dvořák, Tomáš (advisor)
This paper describes implementation of short text message compression algorithm based on PPM. For representation of context model algorithm is used the Optimal Tree Machine data structure built on statistics of training data. Algorithm is optimized for low-level hardware device. This paper summarizes experimental results of this algorithm.

Java decompiler
Žamberský, Zdeněk ; Heriban, Pavel (referee) ; Roupec, Jan (advisor)
The goal was to create decompiler for Java programing language. Decompiler should reconstruct original Java source code from class files, representing its compiled form. First part of thesis focuses on Java langage, its compilation and structure of class file. Then Java Virtual Machine and its instruction set is discussed. After that thesis focuses on decompilation and algoritms designed and used for decompiler realization. Examples of decompiled code are presented.
