Cílem bakalářské práce bylo posouzení vhodnosti organizace a řízení a navržení jejich změn ve výrobním podniku se zaměřením na výrobu montážních dílů do automobilů. V práci byla analyzována společnost ALFA a.s., a její organizační a řídící struktura, proces výroby od zakázkového oddělení, výrobu a až do prodeje výrobků. Výstupem práce je návrh na zvýšení efektivnosti procesů ve směru minimalizace doby zdržení a odstranění administrativních komplikací. The aim of this thesis was to assess the suitability of the organization and management and to propose changes in their production company focused on production of assembly parts to the car. The work was analyzed by ALFA Inc., and its organizational and management structure, process of manufacture of custom, production and sales until the products. The output of this work is the proposal to increase the efficiency of processes in the direction of minimizing the residence time and elimination of administrative complications.
