Práce se snaží nacházet rozdíly a podobnosti mezi situací a kulturní politikou České republiky a Macaa, a tato zjištění použít jako inspiraci pro rozvoj kultury v Macao.

Neuromarketing: Conceptualization of neuromarketing usage in marketing process
Janečková, Kamila ; Král, Petr (advisor) ; Karlíček, Miroslav (referee)
Neuroscience is a new scientific discipline studying people's nervous system and brain, and among other things discovering how they decide and what motivates them. One of the branches of this study is neuromarketing which becomes to be increasingly used as a marketing research methodology which claims to reveal what people really think not only what they declare. There are still many question marks concerning this method, and, particularly in the Czech market where there is generally little notion about it, neither clients nor advertising agencies are sure whether and how to use it throughout their marketing and communication process. This thesis sets its goal in trying to shed a light on the problematic and provide a deeper analysis of the methodology and its presence on the Czech market. Via primary and secondary research, and description of several case studies and conducted interviews, it intends to conceptualize the application of neuromarketing in marketing and thus help with a decision about when and how it may be worth to think of using it in practice.

Rating system from support of young farmers
Coufalová, Kateřina ; Škubna, Ondřej (advisor) ; Petra, Petra (referee)
The topic of this thesis is to evaluate the rating system from support of young farmers. The theoretical part of the work draws from the literature, legislative measures and internet resources. The work presents the basic historical data and changes which the Czech Republic has undergone since joining the European Union and the description of the individual institutions are closely linked subsidy policy. There is also a given rules governing young farmers in applying for a grant and definition of their responsibilities arising from the subsequent drawdown approved subsidy. The theoretical part also focuses on the issue of organic farming, which is a European Union increasingly supported and its expansion is included in all programming periods and using grants to less favored areas LFA. They are closely linked to young farmers and farming in these areas is for the applicant advantage at the time of submission. Custom work is focused on the comparison of two contrasting regions and comparing of interest in agriculture from a gender perspective. Outside the applicants' interest is compared to their success, which is closely related to gender comparison. On the basis of comparison is the conclusion reached in a goal for the proposals and recommendations that can improve the efficiency of subsidies for young farmers and aid and for the future performance of the agricultural sector in the country.

Innovation in the construction of the car insurance in the Czech Republic
Kindermann, Ota ; Ducháčková, Eva (advisor) ; Hanzlík, Karel (referee)
The car insurance presents important segment for the insurance companies on the financial market. The main products of car insurance are car liability insurance (third party personal insurance) and damage car insurance. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse and describe the innovation of the car liability insurance in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. The first part of the thesis is focused on the products associated with the car insurance. The main part of this thesis provides car liability insurance (third party personal insurance) and damage insurance considering their construction. The fourth chapter deals with the present products of the car insurance and the last chapter describes the current situation of the car insurance in the Czech Republic.

Determination of aminoglutethimide using HPLC-ED on carbon pastes
Vlachová, Karolína ; Šestáková, Ivana (referee) ; Zima, Jiří (advisor)
In this thesis, the determination of AGT, sooner used as anticancer drug, especially for the treatment of breast cancer in postmenopausal women or for the treatment of prostate cancer, by high performance liquid chromatogramy with UV spectrophotometric detection (HPLC-UV) and electrochemical detection (HPLC-ED) on carbon paste electrodes (CPEs) was studied. CPEs were prepared from glassy carbon microspheres and different pasting liquids - routinely used mineral oil (CPE-MO) and less commonly used tricresylphosphate (CPE-TCP) and silicone oil (CPE-SO). The concentration dependences of AGT were measured by HPLC-UV with detection wavelength 242 nm, by HPLC-ED with a working potencial of +1,3 V for CPE-MO and + 1,1 V for CPE-TCP in mobile phase containing phosphate buffer (pH 4) and methanol 50:50 (v/v). The following limits of detection were achieved - 3,6. 10-7 mol.l-1 for UV spectrophotometric detection, 2,5. 10-7 mol.l-1 for electrochemical detection with CPE-MO and 9,7. 10-7 mol.l-1 for electrochemical detection with CPE-TCP. AGT was also determined in model samples of urine. With HPLC-UV it was not possible to detect AGT, because of the interferences of other compounds. With HPLC-ED on CPE-MO the limit of detection 5,2. 10-7 mol.l-1 AGT was achieved. KEY WORDS Aminoglutethimide HPLC with UV...

Hollywood mainstream marketing tools analysis
Vondráčková, Alexandra ; ŠVECOVÁ, Marta (advisor) ; KAŠPAROVSKÝ, Roman (referee)
This masters thesis titled "Hollywood mainstream marketing tools analysis: Has Hollywood marketing outrun the production itself?" aims to describe the state and issues of contemporary film marketing. It poses the question of whether the marketing behind the films is so sophisticated that it gets ahead of the movies. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the fact that this excessive attention to endless refinement of promotional materials for the film - together with the individual marketing tools - ultimately harms the impression from the movie in the eyes of its viewers. They can often feel dissatisfied or even defrauded. This hypothesis is demonstrated and disproved on the basis of specific examples and partial analysis.

Sensitivity analysis of costs on power outages resulting from nonadherence of custom - tailored standards of the continuity of power supply
Polák, Jiří ; Skala, Petr (referee) ; Blažek, Vladimír (advisor)
The goal of the thesis is to describe the approaches used for the regulation of the continuous supply of electric power in the selected countries of European Union and to determine the power outages costs in the specific distribution network, resulting from non-observance of the customer standards used in Great Britain, Sweden and Finland. The costs have been calculated for the entire network, as well as for the individual outputs. The thesis carries out the sensitivity analysis of the power outages costs, resulting from the breaching the supply restoration standards and the multiple interruptions standard used in the Great Britain. The costs of the individual limits are shown in the tables and the graphs. The comparison of the individual outputs according to the height of the penalty costs have been carried out on the selected set of limits. The comparison of the order of the individual outputs is then carried out for the customer standards used in Great Britain, Sweden and Finland.

The World according to the Larp
Koubová, Karolína ; SLAVÍKOVÁ, Eva (advisor) ; MALANÍKOVÁ, Hana (referee)
In my diploma thesis I deal with the phenomenon of chamber LARP and through it I get to the reflection of my studies at the Department of Authorial Creativity and Pedagogy [KATaP]. My first approach to the writing assumed that the live action role playing (LARP) is based on similar assumptions and motivations as the basic disciplines of the department. The more detailed I looked at this game, I had to modify the original hypothesis of similarity. Process that I describe in my thesis has finally reverse trend. I do not describe LARP with regard to the experience of KATaP, but the LARP experience leads me to the reflection and exploration of the five-year study. Gradually, (Inter) acting With the Inner Partner, authorship and game become the subject of my research. I also think of the possibility of an authentic experience and try to answer the question of for what is the truth in own creation and access to myself. It is largely a subjective view and an offer of my personal experiences and experience from University and from the practice of LARP.
