The diploma thesis aims on introducing the "Chronicle of the Kopp family", a personal writing found in the inheritance of Pilsen teacher Vaclav Kopp (1876-1951). The thesis also intends to integrate this work into contexts of the ego-documents research; introductory article therefore touches the matters of personal sources as a subject of a research interest. The main text of the thesis is further divided into four chapters. The first chapter presents the story of Vaclav Kopp's life and also focuses on the history of his family. The following chapter deals with the analysis of the source and it particularly wants to emphasize the overall change of its character. The third chapter is a pivotal part of the thesis. It discusses topics contained in the "Chronicle" with intent to look into the everyday life of the author and into his intellectual world. In the last chapter, the work of Vaclav Kopp is compared with the memoirs of another Pilsen citizen - Luisa Pernerová-Zykmundová and with other personal sources from Pilsen of the same time period. Conclusion then summarizes the findings and it points out the importance of the investigated work and offers the possibility of its further use. A list of sources and bibliography is appended, as well as a large number of pictorial attachments.

The introduction of quality management system according to ISO 9001

The thesis describes the design process and the documents required to meet the standards associated with the effective implementation of a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in organization Zinková slévárna - Ing. Karel Dítě.
The theoretical part of the work focuses on the history, where I explain the basic concepts and issues relating to the use of literature associated with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This section also describes the general process for implementing the standards within an organization. Following on from this, I have used the knowledge gained from the theoretical section within the practical part of the thesis.
The practical part of my work includes a description of the selected organization from several perspectives - it is a focus, organizational structure, customer and supplier portfolio. This section also analyses the current state of the organization and includes a proposal to meet the ISO standards. The final section contains the documents necessary for the implementation of ISO 9001 within the organization, so that the quality management system corresponds to the prescribed standards.

Individual production of caravan

The topic of this thesis is individual construction of the O1 category caravan on
mass produced cargo trailer chasiss. For simplifying administrative processes, the whole
construction is done as a rebuild. Thesis is about workflow of construction, legislative
requirements and documents that need to be present to all neccesary autorities. In thesis the
whole idea of building a caravan is covered. It starts from documentation, then buing of mass
produced chasiss is described, the build itself is described and in the end there is information
about registering of completed caravan according to czech law 56/2001 Sb. - o podmínkách
provozu vozidel na pozemních komunikacích (law about requirements for road driven
vehicles). In the thesis the choice of ideal mass produced chasiss is described, materials used
for construction are defined and necessary homologated parts needed for legal registration are
labeled.

Potential of sustainable development of the Village

This thesis analyzes the sustainable development strategy focusing on the environmental pillar and the subsequent evaluation of the implementation of environmental sustainability in Kladno. The main aim was to evaluate the active and environmental policy perspective of the city.
In the theoretical part are described various laws, documents and instruments relating to environmental policy and sustainable development. The thesis is talking about the area of interest, its historical development, demography, environment, social and cultural fields.
Using concrete examples it is recommended how the environmental management of Kladno could proceed in the future. The proposed recommendations are a result of analysis of all available information which include the needs and requirements of city residents.It is important to update Strategy of environmental policy and introduction of activities from the Sustainable Development Strategy SO ORP Kladno in to practise. Improving of public services and community cohesion. Establishment of school forums in primary schools.
The final part contains the results of a field survey. Questionnaires were handed and collected in combination with controlled interviews.

The local Agenda 21 (within the Czech republic)

The work deals with issues of sustainable development and the programme of local Agenda 21 in general overview and in specific conditions of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part concentrates on documents, institutions and principles of sustainable development and also on general information about local Agenda 21. It defines the term 'sustainable development' and its basic pillars as well as standards of local Agenda 21. The practical part analyses and subsequently evaluates and compares selected indicator of sustainable development. On the grounds of results two localities in South Bohemia are individually compared. The integral parts of the work are the attachments for additional information.

The documentation of the educational trail "Dobrošov" fort (Czech Republic)

The educational trail Dobrošov fort is situated in the village of the same name. It is an advance specified marked route which leads in the footsteps of the border fortification from 1935 - 1938.
The length of the route is approximately 4 km and visitors are mainly informed about historically interesting places in the surrounding and about the events before World War II. Historical affairs are presented in the form of information panels at individual stops. The panels tell visitors not only about historical military facts of 20th century but also about the building of the fortress fortification Dobrošov.
The educational trail has eight official stops. On the route, visitors can see additional panels with the description of the light fortification and they learn interesting things about the surrounding.
The content of this thesis is a brief characteristic of events in Czechoslovakia before World War II. There is a description of the fortification system of a fort at that time in Europe and Czechoslovakia. Furthermore, this thesis deals with educational trails in general from the viewpoint of their functionality and equipment. This study points out legislation and illustrates new trends of this form of tourism.
The aim of this thesis was to document the educational trail Dobrošov fort, with the focus on historical events of fortification building in Czechoslovakia before World War II. The analysis of the trail and information panels was conducted. A questionnaire survey found out the needs of visitors and highlights the usefulness of this trail. The questionnaire survey had another important role for findings of stated hypotheses. Four scientific hypotheses were formulated. The first one is if the access to more objects increases, its attractiveness and attendance will also increase. The second hypothesis is whether the visitors are satisfied with the infrastructure of the educational trail. Furthermore, the awareness of the educational trail helps to its high attendance, and both citizens and tourists will be happy about a fortification extension which also includes the preservation of decaying objects in the surrounding. The used methods for achieving these aims were the observation and questionnaire survey in the location of the educational trail.
The conclusion shows that the access to more objects will increase the attractiveness and attendance of the trail. However, the visitors are not satisfied with the infrastructure of the trail. The awareness of the educational trail contributes to the high attendance. The hypothesis that local citizens and tourists will be happy about the trail extension which includes the preservation of decaying objects in the surrounding was disproved.

Analysis of the current state of special cynology in the Czech Republic - with a focus on the search of explosives.

Civil protection is getting one of the most important activities governments of all civilized states in the world deal with. Substantial funds are spent on setting up of armed forces, security organizations, groups of specialists and employees and on reinforcing of army forces that can participate in civil protection during state of emergency or in critical civil situations. For realization of these attacks a lot of money is needed. To get the money other crimes are committed, namely production and trade with narcotics and psychotropic substances or illegal weapon trade. The bodies participating in civil protection of each single state have to be able and ready to search for implements that directly or indirectly endanger not only the safety of inhabitants, but also the safety of important buildings and the premises of critical infrastructure. It concerns searching for explosives, firearms, narcotics and psychotropic substances, burning accelerants or e.g. banknotes. For these activities most police forces and bodies of civil protection use dogs because of their character and abilities. This companion closest to a man is able to find and mark all named commodities after having finished its proper training. The aim of this thesis is to specify the importance of special kynology for civil protection, focused on locating of explosives using specially trained dogs. Qualitative survey is the base of this dissertation. Respondents are experts with long-time experience in special kynology and explosives. Methods used within the research are following: secondary data analysis, half structured interview and photo documentation. SWOT analysis has been made that describes the condition of special kynology in the Czech Republic. The Police of the Czech Republic, as one of three basic bodies of Integrated Rescue System, have to fulfil many tasks defined by law. One of the most important tasks is life and health protection of all persons that are in the certain moment in our state territory. For attacks against these values explosives are used nowadays. If they are misused and installed in explosive systems, the members of the Police of the Czech Republic are the ones who enter the area of explosive placement or the possible placement of such object. Besides, they carry out safety and preventive explosives search. Some of these members are canine officers. Their task is to train the dogs in a special way so that these are able to locate explosives. They take part in every search for explosives which is led by the police. Thanks to their placement they are able to begin with investigation within a few minutes or tens of minutes almost anywhere in the area of the Czech Republic. Nowadays there is no other body of armed force that would be able to provide this kind of service. That is why it is necessary to solve such problems that endanger this activity, such as lack of finance or little cooperation among individual units. Despite these problems we have to highlight the professionalism of canine officers, their experience and work enthusiasm as well as a very high level of training centres. If trained and used in the right way, the dogs are irreplaceable in the search for explosives not only nowadays but also in the future. Without their help the search cannot be effective. The dissertation presents a complete overview and description of the use of special kynology concerning search for explosives in relation to civil protection. In practice it will improve the public awareness and it will be used as complete information material for experts.

The purpose and the function of Archives and Records Service in the state administration. The effect of documents storage on the national economy.

This thesis is about Record Services in the state administration. In the theoretical
part I mention the legislation relating with the Archive and Record Services. Then there are
described various phases of the cycle of documents. In this thesis are presented possible
forms of Record Services and also determined which entities are obliged to keep Record
Services and if so, in what form. In the theoretical part I also mention the National Archive
and National Digital Archive. In the practical part is the graphical view of the evolution of
the state expenditures on the National Archive. Then there is a short cross-section of the
amendments of Act no. 499/2004 Coll., about Archiving and Record Services and
amending certain laws and there are listed the most frequent mistakes which are made in
the performance of Record Services. In the last part of this thesis are illustrated the graphs,
that shows, how many files annually establish some state authorities and explained what
could have caused potential increase or decrease.

Southern Africa - didactic text for second level of the Primary Schools and lower classes of the long-term Grammar Schools

The object of this work is to propose the teaching text about the region of "South Africa" for second level of the Primary Schools and lower classes of the long-term Schools. The teaching text is getting from valid education documents and didactic appreciation of the current textbooks and exercise books destined for the above mentioned types of schools, including one German textbook. The proposal of an exercise book, which support the teaching text, is added. There are also included methodics of didactic analysis of textbooks and methodics of creating teaching text in this thesis.
