In September 2012 CVVM SOÚ AV ČR replicated some of the questions about beer, which constitute a part of research project Pubs and Beer in Czech Society that is under way since 2004. This press release maps basic results about the preferences of particular beer brands, regional preferences and willingness to try new beer and also about the role of aspects like taste and price in case of choice.

Práce je strukturovaná do deseti kapitol. Teoretická část nejprve seznamuje čtenáře s rozdílem ekonomických pojmů spotřebitel a zákazník. V další kapitole podává informace o ekonomických zákonitostech týkajících se kupního chování a s ním spojených faktorů, které kupní chování ovlivňují. Rozebírá problém týkající se kupního rozhodovacího procesu a segmentace trhu. Zmiňuje se o kvalitě života a životním standardu. Závěrem řeší složení příjmů a výdajů domácností a omezení výdajů domácností. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocováním zjištěných údajů pomocí dotazníků.
