Feasibility Study of Glutten-Free Pizzeria Establishing

In this work, I deal with whether it is possible to build a competitive gluten-free pizzeria that will directly compete with normal pizzerias, and even try to offer lower prices and build a certain competitive advantage. The work consists of three parts. In the first part I will focus only on the theoretical part of the issue of business and building a business. The second part contains mainly analyzes of customers and competitors. The third part contains a design of a gluten-free pizzeria based on the findings from the previous two parts.
