Creation and Cessation of Membership in Producing Co-operatives including the Calculation of Settlement Amount

The aim of this bachelor?s thesis called ?Creation and Cessation of Membership in Producing Co-operatives including the Calculation of Settlement Amount? was to compare membership Creation and Cessation with Creation and Cessation of membership which is conditioned by work relationship, rights and obligations of members and ways of settlement amount calculation. Literature search has been written on the basis of obtained information from available professional literature. Theoretical facts regarding the topic can be gained from this part. The practical part was written in accordance with hypothesis setting and regulations analysis of the selected production units. For better orientation this part follows the previous literature search point by point. The given topics and aims of this bachelor?s thesis are dealt with here on the basis of information resulting from units analysis. I have tried to point out the difference, range and content of regulations´ adjustments in which the law enables units to make self - adjustments.

The attempts to restore the Czech civil society in 1968. The social democracy, Club of the engaged non-party men and K 231 - Association of former political prisoners

The major subject of this thesis is to follow the activities of the restoring Czech civil society during the Prague Spring era that were aimed at setting up a plurality political system, at the decomposition of one-party government, or at the changes in the self-contained (closed) National Front system as it had emerged, or had been forcibly formed after 1948 February. The Phenomenon of the restoring civic society has been presented here in three specific models, namely the civic and political activation preserving the efforts to restore a traditional political party (namely Social Democratic Party), to be followed by the pre-political and in its substance clubbing activities of the non-party public in formation of Club of Engaged Non- Party Men, a lucidly nondescript organization; finally then, a formally clearly determinate K- 231 club endeavouring the judicial, civic and social rehabilitation of its members. Within the contexts of the Prague Spring events, these are the most fragrant documents of self-formation of the citizens without assistance of the political power; in the final effects, even against it. Competition law - control of concentrations between undertakings Abstract The subject of this thesis is the control of mergers as it is regulated by Czech laws. Control of mergers is one of the cornerstones of competition law. Competition is an important attribute of the market oriented economies all over the world. Since it is not capable of self-regulation it is necessary to set limits for the behavior of the subjects that are taking part in this competition. These limits are set by competition law. The topic is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains definition of the term competition, in the second there are described basic terms common to all areas of competition law, while at the end of this chapter there is a description of these areas. In the last chapter focus is on control of concentrations itself in the ambit of Czech law. The aim of this work is to describe merger control as it is provided by Act No. 143/2001 on Protection of Competition (ZOHS). The emphasis is on describing different forms of merger and their characteristics which must be met so that a certain transaction could be classified as a merger. The management system of receivables

The thesis on The System of Management of Receivables is applied on a company which deals with past due receivables. In the theoretical part, there is explanation of terms connected with this subject: origination, expiry and aspects from which can perceive the receivables. In the chapter the system of management of receivables there is a description of evaluation of customers, contractual conditions, hedging as well as the recovery process. In the practical part, the company XYZ is introduced, their basic economic indicators are described including financial analyses for years 2012 to 2014. Furthermore, this part contains a sector analysis carried out in order to assess the risk level of the sector related to the development of past due receivables. Last but not least we examine an analysis of receivables and liabilities following the preceding years and clarify the existing system of management of receivables. The objective is to sum up information and results from analyses, internal documents and questioning in form of interviews in order to assess the current status of the company. The result of this thesis is a proposal for improvement of the credit management, a comparison and a calculation of costs of possible measures.

Tobacco, Tobacco Products and the Possibilities of Reducing Their Use

The issue of the use of tobacco products is now no doubt a hot topic worldwide and especially in Europe, we are the last few years witnessed fundamental changes in the legislation of many countries on the tobacco control. Although today's situation resulted from day to day and " hotbed " for change societal perceptions of tobacco consumption actually were born since the 50th 20th cent. , after all in terms of global -scale changes relatively quickly and therefore often brings considerable controversy. The area of public health , I chose as my topic thesis for several reasons. The first is my longtime interest of addiction in general - in high school , I engaged in various extensive works of this field. Another factor is certainly closer to the issue Tobacco stemming from long-term cooperation with Czech Coalition against Tobacco . thanks her work for more than two years as a consultant on line for smoking cessation and I have been on several other projects of the association ( eg, preventive programs for elementary schools or support actions for employees smoke- enterprises). Comparative analysis of the Czech and Italian legislation concerning the termination of matrimony and analysis of the relevant Italian legal terminology

The aim of this work is to analyze and compare the legislation extinction marriage in the Czech Republic and Italy and find out what the dissolution of marriage in these two states are different and similar . The work is divided into main chapters and more chapters, where each chapter is devoted to the law systems of both countries and subsequently legal comparison of the subject. The first chapter deals with the general characteristics of family law, dealing with history , sources and principles. The second chapter deals with the origin of marriage and the third followed his extinction. Since divorce is at this time of increasingly frequent subject and between these countries is a significant difference, I'll be mainly focused on termination of the marriage by divorce. The whole work is ended conclusion resume in Italian and analysis of relevant legal terminology with Italian- Czech glossary.

The diplomatic material of guilds at Havlíčkův Brod area until 1850.

The main task of this thesis is to summarize the diplomatics material of guild corporations at Havlíčkův Brod area into integrated form. Bacause of broad topic, the selection was only focused on the textile craft occurring in this region and especially in deeds. In the introducion the work presents history of the guilds from their beginning to the final downfall - focusing on textile production. It summarizes the genaral situation of the surviving monuments. The edition which is created from deeds issued by these corporations and also by publishers for mentioned guilds - this is the main core of the thesis. The deeds are arranged chronologically according particular guilds and towns. They are completed by diplomatic analysis of internal and external signs and by the final study, which summarizes all the research.
