The thesis on the topic "Special educational needs of disabled pupils from the point of view of" includes definitions such as the integration, inclusion and condition of integration and integration types. These concern the basic special educational needs of pupils with hearing impairment, visual impairment, mobility disorder, a cephalonia, and pupils with disturbed communication skills. The results of my inquiry from the centre for special education and ordinary primary schools in my thesis are also presented.

Integration of Children and Youth with Mental Disabilities within the framework of Free-time Activities with a special view to the Scouting Movement

Thema of this thesis is integration of childrens with mental handicap into their leisure time. Especially it is focused to their integration into the scout group. The goal is to show one of the possibilities how childrens with mental handicap can spent their leisure time in the environment of intact peers. In theoretical section is definition of terms like integration and leisure time, their basic description and approach. In following section is short summary of question about mental retardation. It is focused on Down syndrom and autism. These questions are related to cases in practical section. Empirie section is presenting results of survey which was applied to scout leaders. This survey is about approach to integration, their experiences and practical options. Thesis continue with case study of two scout departments where were implemented two childrens with mental handicap. Information, especially from practical section, should help to improve possibilities of integration childrens with handicap into their leisure time.

Problematics of factors influencing juvenile delinquency

The degree paper deals with the issues of juvenile delinquency and the factors which have impact on the origination of the juvenile delinquency. I have chosen this topic since it is a very serious problem and this phenomenon has been proliferating significantly. The crime in general, especially the juvenile delinquency, is a serious social-pathological phenomenon. Minors who do not reach the limit of criminal liability often became the offenders. In addition, the probability of threatening a young man by social pathological phenomena and his subsequent ``criminal career{\crqq} is currently much higher than ever before. To recognize the occurrence of risk factors among the youth in time it is necessary for the families, teachers, educators and all professionals working with the juveniles to acquire sufficient knowledge, information and experience and be able to work with the factors and fight against them in time. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the term ``youth{\crqq}, the personality of a young delinquent, structure of the juvenile delinquency, analyses of the risk factors which most frequently participate in the occurrence of juvenile delinquency, and outlines the possibilities of intervention against the juvenile delinquency and various kinds of prevention. The research is focused on the occurrence of risk factors among the young respondents and on protective factors and attitudes of the respondents in respect of the juvenile delinquency and the crime at all. Structured interviews were held with the youth which are placed in the reformatory or special correctional institutions in the territory of the Regional of Plzeň. The main objective of the degree paper is to describe the factors which significantly affect the occurrence of the juvenile delinquency and to map the occurrence and impact of such factors on the juveniles placed in the correctional and reformatory social retraining institutions in the Region of Plzeň. Hypothesis No. 1 is: The youth commit property crimes at the most. Hypothesis No. 2: The youth behave improperly namely when in groups. Hypothesis No. 3: The decisive factor affecting the juvenile delinquency is the family. I think that the objectives of the degree paper were fulfilled. Hypothesis No. 1 was confirmed. The respondents mostly stated that they were adjudicated treatment in special reformatory institution due to property crimes. Hypothesis No. 2 was also confirmed. The replies of the respondents mostly contained the possibility that they committed crime within a gang. Hypothesis No. 3 was confirmed, too: Analyses of the research proves that all factors participating in the occurrence of the juvenile delinquency are penetrated with the impact of the family and family environment on the juveniles. Results of the performed research will be used for further education of the students at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, as well as for the students of other auxiliary professions at other universities. The results will be further used as the source of information for parents and pedagogical professionals working with the youth and as source materials for seminars about the given topic.

Alois Toufar as an artist and educator

This thesis deals with a significant art teacher and painter Alois Toufar. It monitors progress of his professional activity with emphasis on the term "Brtnicky krouzek" as well as territory of Toufar´s not only professional activity. As opposed to all the other published and rather patchy works about Alois Toufar, this thesis essentially uses oral information sources, which in result give much more stereoscopic images about the life of Alois Toufar as a significant person in art education with not only regional importance. Expected benefit of this thesis is the improvement of current ability of children's speech and particularly mapping life and career of significant personality of art education, which is not too exposed today.

Balance-related exercise as a preparation to cross-country skiing practice in visually impaired children

Title: Balance-related excercise as a preparation to cross-country skiing practice in visually impaired children. Objectives of the Thesis: The goal of this thesis is to test the possibilitiy of implementation of selected balance- related excercise in visually impaired children. Method: The testing pool consisted of six pupils attending the Special school for Visually Impaired Children between 14 and 15 years of age. Over the period of ten weeks, selected exercise geared towards the cross-country skiing was practiced with these students. The research method applied to measure students' indicators of balance before and after the excercise was an assessment of standing stability at the Footscan pressure table, as well as a walking test in terrain with blinded eyes. Results and Conclusions: This research has indicated the possibility of physical intervention in form of balance- related practice as part of the preparation before the cross-country skiing season begins. It has proven that selected balance-related excercise can be applied with no limitations during the physical education classes for visually impaired pupils. The try of reconstruction sacral topography with special attention of church st. James the Greater in Jihlava in Middle Ages

RESUME The concern of this thesis is one of the sacred building of Jihlava town, the parish church of St. Jacob the Bigger. The main object of interest is the oldest history of this temple, which extends to the time of forming of its own city. It attempts to summarize the known knowledge and also to consider the new findings, mostly the character of archaeology. Therein, it is needed to mention, that most of the founded situations were not appropriately to the moment of usage accessed, concerning the state of actual examination, which is limited by building reconstructions. Generally, it is possible to state, that the actual results seem to be aligned with the historical development of the temple. The attention was dedicated also to church building, which is thought to be built before the today's temple, we consider this from different angles of point of views. The one of them was the intention to examinate the possibility of destruction by the fire, which is indicated in pope list as well as the susceptibility measures of construction parts originated from this building, later on used on the actual church building. The main purpose of the Master Thesis is creation of the business plan on the establishment of the new preschool education institution Family Education Center. The center will be specialized in operating a kindergarten as well as in organizing educational and personal development activities for children and adults. The theoretical part of the thesis gives some insights on the importance of the entrepreneur and enterprises in the society, provides description of the basic requirements for a business plan and characteristics of the preschool education system in the Czech Republic. Practical part provides an application of the theoretical findings on the creation of the actual business plan. This part verifies the viability and competitiveness of the business project on the basis of the market analysis, marketing and financial plan.

Psychology of happiness

In theoretical part of this thesis the aim is to define the concept of happiness with its broader consequences. As the basic frame for following reasoning is chosen the assumption of an emotional basis of happiness therefore the concept of emotion is discussed in detail. Besides the basic approach to happiness the fundamental historic view follows including religion, philosophy and psychology. After that happiness is defined in detail followed by differential definition, folk concept of happiness and broader partition. In this thesis the interest also focuses on biological, social, psychological and spiritual aspects of happiness, which are discussed in detail. For a summary the factors influencing happiness are recapped in a special chapter. The interest also focuses on happiness from developmental view. As the imaginary height of the whole theoretical part are considered the chapters about the effects of happiness, meaning and positive strategies with the special regard on the consequences, an inner source and the possibilities of improving happiness. Child with Down Syndrome

This bachelor essay is titled: ?A child with Down syndrome?. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part is treating of the problem of Down syndrome, their characteristics, types of disability, physical appearance and unique characteristics of children with Down syndrome. Attention is intented on problems of education and integration of handicapped children. The empirical part presents the results of qualitative studies. The used method is interview and observation. This is a example of two children with Down syndrome integrated into normal primary school. Interviews were attendanced with children involved in education process. Next finding were a life these children, what is their integration in primary school, how important it is to give them the space for a self expression and self realization. For a successful essay were used a diagnosis, the role of medical professionals, the role of the family in problem of reconcilation with the actual diagnosis and the relationship of mother to child. Very important was the theme of integration into primary school, integration into the schoolfellows and how can these children to learn. The experience from this work is possible to use as a source of information for a next study to similar problems.
