The bachelor's thesis entitled "Design and implementation of e-learning in the area of interest" deals with buying used cars. The essential part of this work is a creation of e-learning course for buyers and other people interested in this area which aims to improve their knowledge. The participants will get an overview of the most common situations and problems they can meet when buying a used car. The theoretical part presents an overview of the topics of the issue of purchase of used cars. It may serve as a theoretical guidance to the e-course, it brings its content. The topics are based on the analysis of information from printed and electronic sources, supplemented by experiences of the author and experts in the field. The practical part deals with the creation of an e-learning course. It contains an analysis of the needs of buyers, the reasons for the creation of the course and the requirements of it, its objectives, a description of the used authoring tool eXe and graphic creation process from the creation of the course after its publication in steps. All this is complemented by the feedback from six volunteers who have expressed an interest in testing the course and then doing a review. Before the creation of the course it was necessary to analyze the situation and find out why such a course is needed. The acquired knowledge was then processed in the course by the synthesis method. For the evaluation method it was used a short personal interview where the author examined satisfaction with the course, its possible shortcomings and suggestions for improvements or enhancements.

Prevention and therapy of spasticity in patients after cerabral apoplexy
TÁBORSKÁ, Žaneta
Spasticity is a manifestation of many neurological diseases, for example an infantile cerebral palsy, a traumatic injury of brain and spinal cord, a multiple sclerosis and a stroke. A genesis of the spasticity is not yet completely clarified and many definitions try to explain it. The spasticity can deepen a disability of patients even with a minimal paresis. The spasticity has a different clinical picture at various diseases of the central nervous system, but even at different patients with the same diagnosis, it also varies in the course of time at one and the same patient. The biggest problem in the treatment of the spasticity is the fact that the treatment, efficient at one patient, can completely fail at the other. A goal of this thesis was to give an overview of current options in a treatment of the spasticity. Therapeutic approaches to reduce the spasticity are usually a part of special kinesio-therapeutic methodologies, which are for example an anti-spastic positioning, a volitionary relaxation, passive movements, an anti-spastic placing (Bobath´s conception), relaxation techniques (PNF), an application of splints, a long-term effect of the heat, an icing and others. On the contrary, it is intensified by pain, pressure sores, a sub-luxation position most often of the shoulder joint, a psychical stress, urinary tract infections etc. In the theoretical part I focused on a control of the muscle tone, pathophysiology, clinical symptomatology, diagnostics and especially prevention and the treatment of the spasticity. In the practical part I investigated an effectiveness of an anti-spastic therapy through the qualitative research. For the data collection it was used an anamnesis, observations (kinesiological analysis), case reports and a secondary data analysis. The research was made at two probands with a brain damage on the vascular basis. I was finding out an effectiveness of selected therapies for individual probands {--} and at the same time its suitable combination. I focused on the area of the upper extremity. At the first patient there was a success, by a suitable combination of individual methods, to positively affect the spasticity and an active momentum of the upper extremity. At the second patient in a chronic stage of spasticity it was managed to influence it always only for a short term and results varied considerably in the course of time. The treatment of the spasticity must be preceded by a thorough knowledge of pathophysiological mechanisms, a neurophysiology and above all a complex kinesiological analysis. The therapeutic approach should be always individual, to respond appropriately to changes in the clinical picture and to use suitable combinations of therapeutic approaches. If the treatment of the spasticity is successful, it positively affects the motor deficit and reduces the patient's disability.

Determination of the annual costs for golf course upkeep
Shapoval, Vadym ; Kumhála, František (advisor) ; Krupička, Josef (referee)
This thesis deals with the maintenance of golf courses and especially machinery needed for the maintenance of these courses. The work is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. At the beginning of the theoretical part of the thesis are explained basic terminologies of golf courses and an explanation of the basic concept is given. This is followed by an analysis of each operation, and a description of the machines that are used to perform these operations. At the end of the theoretical part, there are briefly mentioned the various components of the costs for the machine maintenance and an overview of useful formulas for calculation of the costs is discussed. The practical part contains an overview of data collected on individual golf courses, including general information about these golf courses. Evaluation obtaining results of the calculation is mentioned at the end of the thesis.

Harvesting of pine resin – historical overview and the possibility of future use
Bunda, Richard ; Štícha, Václav (advisor) ; Macků, Jan (referee)
Mining of resin represents a long forgotten ancient craft that used to be one of the most desirable crafts. The way of living was hard, just because the workers did not make much profit. Knowledge about this field was essential, and anyone who wanted to nurture this craft, had to pass a test of expertise. The resin was one of the finest raw materials in many different employment sectors. The resin had its place in the health sector, because it has medical effects, and it is used even nowadays, although not in such quantity as earlier. It is possible to prepare a range of medicinal products from the resin. Today, mining is classified as an extinct craft, but there are still fields that require the use of resin. It is possible that the forgotten craft will not remain forgotten forever.

The relationship between a mother and the child in the early developmental stages in the educational institution for juvenile mothers with children
KŮSOVÁ, Kateřina
This thesis deals with the relation between a mother and a child in early development stages in an educational institute for minor mothers with children. A mother is the most important person for a child, in whom it finds the feeling of safety and love. Children, who are with their mothers in an institution for any reason need to experience these feelings the more intensely. The theoretical part is focused on development of a child in early development stages and on the importance of mother?s approach. I present a chapter dealing with the approach to pregnancy in various cultures in the thesis for comparison. Another chapter is focused on pregnancy and motherhood of teenage girls. The last chapter pays attention to the legislation specification of institutional upbringing and the present state of the care of minor mothers and their children in educational institutions. The practical part is focused on description of relation of real minor mothers and their children in an educational institution where I had my long-term practical training. The research was based on narrative interviews with seven minor mothers with ordered institutional upbringing. Additional information was gained by secondary analysis of the data from the social documentation of the respondents. I set two goals. The first goal was to capture the relation of a minor mother and her child in an educational institution for mothers with children. The mother-child relation is not formed in an optimum and common way. My conception of relation between a mother and a child in the environment of an educational institution was confirmed. The girls are not sufficiently mentally and physically mature for upbringing and the environment they are in is another substantial determinant forming the relation to the child. The mother?s primary environment, which is very often not ideal, also plays an important role. The second goal is closely linked to the first one. It deals with the causes of locating an adolescent mother in an institution. The respondents had been ordered institutional upbringing already before pregnancy for behaviour disorders or they were relocated to the institution during pregnancy from an environment that threatened their children. The minor mothers located in an institution mostly have bad family background and a behaviour disorder. The problems of minor mothers located in an educational institution have in some instances their roots in family relations and the environment they grew up. Their families may belong to a group of families with low social status. From the point of view of a minor mother and her child primary prevention already in childhood of a potential minor mother is important. High quality staff able to provide a mother and a child with optimum care and quality conditions for creation of the relation between them is necessary for the educational institutions for mothers with children. A mother should be given more space and time to create a relation with her child in an educational institution. Another important change should be made in maternity wards. A mother should get her child into her arms immediately after birth so as the bonding of the mother to her child may be created. The influence of the primary family as well as overall influence of our society on the minor mother also play important roles here.

Political culture - March 2011
Šamanová, Gabriela
Czech citizens are critical when talking about political culture of most of politically active people. The exception are members of Municipal Councils and members of Regional Councils. In those cases prevails positively evaluation (60/30 % Municipal and 41/38 % Regional Councils). The worst evaluation got political culture of members of Chamber of Deputy (17/81 %). According to major part of czech citizens (79 %) arguments, problems and scandals are common and occur in other democracies, although major part of addressed respondents (77 %) expressed their opinion that these argumentations and scandals discredit us abroad. Almost all respondents (89 %) agreed that there is need to inform public about the problems, argumentations and scandals, because czech politicians need to be under control of public. Citizen opinions of political culture in our country prove that three quarters of czech citizens think, that these political disputations and scandals, that occur in public - serve only to settle one’s account. And a half of people do not agree with that it serves to settle the objective arguments.
