Animation as a part of primary prevention in elementary school

This thesis presents the possibilities of usage of the animation approach in the context of primary prevention program appleid in primary shools. After defining the content, goals and focus of the primary prevention, this thesis acquaints with specific programs of primary prevention, with their characteristics and the fundamental methods, from which the key ones are sociometrics, reflection and working with the group. Furthermore the thesis is focused on the position of a teacher, his personality and compares his possible effect in the whole animation process. The thoughts on different animation processes, their approaches with the goals and the possible guidance of the primary prevention, are the fundamental part of this thesis. The other subject is the effectiveness of the primary programs and their factors, which can infulence the process. The conclusion of this thesis indicates the importance of the connection of the animation approach in this pedagogical process.

RELATIONS OF CENTRAL BANK TO TRADING BANKS Diploma paper First chapter is called The Introduction. This chapter describes the content of my diploma paper. Two basic ideas are mentioned here too: 1. Banking regulation and supervision are necessary in our system. 2. Banking regulation and supervision must be flexible and easy to check all the time. Second chapter is called The Banking System. This chapter defines what the banking system is. It consists of banking institutions and relations among these institutions. That`s why the banking system has two components - institutional component and functional component. Institutional component of banking system implies every single bank. The bank can be specified in two ways (economical and legal): 1. The bank conducts business and manipulates with money (economical). 2. The bank is an institution with banking licence (legal). Functional component of banking system comprises arrangement of all relations among banking institutions. It is proper to make differences among single stage, two stage and three stage banking systems. There are two types of two stage banking system - universal and specialized. Implementation of Lean Six Sigma in Catering

The aim of the thesis is to suggest recommendation to optimize and increase efficiency in a process of catering ordering in a company Express Deli by using methods of lean six sigma. The work is built as real project od lean six sigma using some methods of the methodology lean six sigma. In the theoretical part of the thesis, methods of lean six sigma used in the practical part, are described. These methods are mainly methods of process mapping. Each chapter is a step of DMAIC methodology. Core part of the thesis is process mapping at a customer side, so in the other part there are all recommendations directly focused on customers requirements. The results of the work are suggested proposals for process improvement. Some of them were implemented during the project.

Evaluation of elastic parameters for models of isolated cells

This diploma thesis focuses on computational modeling of the cell mechanical tests. The goal of this thesis is to build a cell model and to simulate compression test on this model. If necessary, the model should be adjusted so the model reflects real cell behavior. It was created the cell model reflecting cytoplasm, nucleus, membrane and cell cytoskeleton. Cytoskeleton was modeled as tensegrity structure. After this, the pressure test was simulated on this model. The behavior of the cell model and real cell was compared using the stress force. The stress force - cell deformation curve was markedly different for the cell model and the real cell. For this reason, the cytoplasm material model was adjusted. The difference between the curves was acceptable after this modification. It was found during computations that the cytoskeleton model influence on the cell load is minimal. These results does not reflects real cell behavior, which means that the model is considered inadequate for performing stress load simulation.

The dissertation thesis Splendor curiae regis. Life and culture in the court oj the last Přemyslid is dedicated to a study of the sovereigns' court of the second half of thirteenth and beginning of fourteenth century. The author' s effort is focused on the royal court, and the regnal period, of Wenceslas II, king of Bohemia and Poland (1278/1283 - 1305). The text inc1udes reference to parallels crossing the borders of this chronological framework both into the earlier and into the later time periods. The royal court constitutes a target of study as one of the most important institutions of the medieval period, as its centralizing influence permeated all society. The court represented the place where politi cal decisions were taken, the supreme instance of power and representation. Much in the same manner, the court constituted a centre and vanguard of courtly chivalric culture, bursting into a full bloom in this very time. The texť s seven chapters include, first and foremost, an analysis of sources and specialized literature and presentation of the author' s methodical approach (Chapters 1-2). Theoretical considerations on the liability of a sportsman in the Czech legal system (liability of a sportsman in collective sports)

Závěrem lze konstatovat, že vytvořit všemi přijatelnou obecnou definici sportu, resp. sportovce, je úkol, který se zatím nikomu nepodařilo úspěšně vyřešit. Existence takové definice má svůj nesporný význam už jen proto, že chceme-li se zabývat "právní odpovědností sportovce", je třeba nejprve vymezit okruh osob, jichž především se předestřené úvahy týkají. Skrze historický vývoj jsem se v kapitole druhé pokusila naznačit rozsah sportovní činnosti, která je z hlediska požadavku jednotné obecné definice díky svému fenomenálnímu rozměru velice těžko uchopitelná. K významu této definice se pak znovu vracím v kapitole čtvrté v rámci vymezení subjektu odpovědnostních vztahů. Mnou zvolená definice je jistě jen jedna z mnoha možných a neklade si nárok na její bezvýhradné přijetí. Kapitola třetí je věnována exkurzi do historie, kde se vracím až na samotný počátek evropské civilizace, tj. do období antických Řeků a Římanů. Platí-li to pro práci jako celek, tak pro tuto kapitolu dvojnásob, totiž že s ohledem na limitovaný rozsah nemůže obsáhnout zkoumanou látku komplexně. Vedle zajímavého odkazu středověku v oblasti hodnocení sportovních úrazů je tedy věnována pozornost toliko pouze Antice. Nikoli však neprávem, neboť zde můžeme nalézt velmi inspirativní a obdivuhodně nadčasové myšlenky použitelné i ve 21. století....

Intraspecific diversity in the ichthyofauna of the Czech Republic, its knowledge and protection

At present, 48 fish and 2 lamprey species occur in the waters of the Czech Republic. Of these, 22 fish species are protected by law all over the country or locally, the protection of 3 fish and 2 lamprey species is conditional. For the time being, there are no legal means to protect their intraspecific (genetic) diversity. In this point, one can only utilise certain indirect measures that follow from the limits pertaining to endangered species. The available knowledge of intraspecific diversity of the fish fauna in the Czech republic is fragmentary an incoherent. That is one of the causes of the absence of legislative means to protect the intraspecific diversity. In addition, the apprehension of this phenomenon by the piscatorial public is insufficient although this diversity is the most endangered by the very fishery management. Increased research and knowledge of the intraspecific diversity of particular species is inevitable as the basis for its conservation.

The influence of media to the public administration

The bachelor thesis deals with influence of media to public opinion. The main goal of this thesis is to verify or to disprove the hypothesis of the influence of media to the public administration. The quantitative sociological research is applied for finding results of defined hypothesis. The hypothesis says: media influence public opinion and public administration. The other goal of this thesis is to discovery if factors like gender, age or educational background influence how society perceives impact of media. The questionnaire is divided into five age categories and each of them has a different number of respondents. For that reason we can not compare the results but only speculate. After evaluation and analysis of the survey is the hypothesis accepted and these factors are commented.

Corruption as a Barrier to Development Aid in the Kingdom of Cambodia during the years 1993 - 2014

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to show how the development aid which has been received in the Kingdom of Cambodia during the years 1993 - 2014 has been effective. This paper is also focused on the influence which could possibly stop the developing aid from its effectiveness. Based on the data of the World Bank Group is the correlation tested by using Gretl Software for stated years. Besides the growing number od the primary school teachers, the results of the two variables - life expectancy and decreasing child mortality has shown significant correlation with the growing developing aid on 1% confidence level. The author is also focused on corruption as one of the main possible barrier to fulfil effectivness of the international aid.
