NOVÁK, Tomáš
The aim of my graduation thesis is to suggest and prove fitness training for long-distance runners. Test battery will consist of three tests ? laboratory (VO2max.), field (10km) and race (half a marathon), which will be done by a runner in winter and spring period and at the end of the training the runner should achieve the highest level of his endurance. After having the results all ones will be compared. Afterwards results of the separate tests according to set hypotheses will be compared and either proved or disproved.

Babilonová, Zuzana ; Lehmannová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Beroušek, Petr (referee)
The thesis is focused on the professional migration of Czech nurses to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the beginning I characterize migration theories that together with other chapters about the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, healthcare systems of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Czech Republic create basis for the research that is presented in chapter 5. Objectives of the research, which is the crucial part of the thesis, are to reveal motivations of the Czech nurses that lead to migration to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, their imaginations and expectations bounded with work and life in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Also I would like to find out if the expectations were met and if they want to work and live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a longterm basis. Based on the results of the research, I conclude that Czech nurses do not want to stay in such country on a longterm basis especially due to big cultural differences between Saudi Arabian and Czech culture. At the end of the thesis I briefly characterize intercultural training that could help Czech nurses with their adaptation to Saudi Arabian culture.

Dvořák, Václav ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Jahodová, Gabriela (referee)
SUMMARY: This paper seeks to examine the assertion of the volleyball players with different somatic type in particular volleyball specializations. To determine the somatic type of individual players, necessary anthropometric measurements have been done being important for its elaboration. Further the percentage players' fruitfulness in particular game activities was determined. For this purpose four regional volleyball matches were recorded and processed in detail. Professional literature dealing with the volleyball topics and somatic types was used as the source of information. The result of the elaborate will help to the volleyball teachers and coaches to group the players, according to their somatic type, into the specialization with the best possibility of their assertion. In addition the training can be accommodated to the somatic type and enable to increase the playing performance of the player.

Application of functional circuit training for women
TOMANDLOVÁ, Markéta
: The goal of this thesis is to introduce functional circuit training to the public and provide proper information, outline the present state of group lessons and also diversify and describe the differences between male and female trainings. The theoretical part composes of the analysis of relevant literature. The practical part is made up of creating an intervention motional program targeting women aged 20 to 25, which was applied for three months on 5 respondents in the specified age range. The next 5 respondents stood for a control group to serve for later reassessments. Our research accounted for four presumptions: After completing the intervention motional program, there is decrease of bodyweight in women, decrease of the percent of body fat, decrease of waistline and better Body Mass Index. The research was evaluated based on the comparison of the results in the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the intervention motional program. The results show that after application of the interventional motion program reducing the percentage body fat ratio of at least 0.5% fat for each respondent from the experimental groups. For each respondent, the experimental group was also a significant reduction in waist circumference and a minimum of 1 cm in each. As a result, we can recommend the program to other women who decide to lose weight and improve their bodies. Also, owing to vast publications on the topic of functional circuit training and the ambiguity established by incompetent information sources, this thesis will surely be an asset to coaches and women who are interested in functional circuit training.

Švejda, Roman ; Horčic, Josef (advisor) ; Kovářová, Lenka (referee)
Title: Evaluation of force presumptions for swimming triathletes from Czech team in training cycle 2010-2011 Intention of work: Evaluation of specific force presumptions for swimming and ability maximal utilit force efficiency in long time stress, wide spektrum of triatlonist from beginners to elite czech competitors. For evaluation we used 3 indikators: 1. average Power Output - PO - [W] 2. average power output on kg body weight - PO.kg-1 - [W.kg-1 ] 3. complete work - W - [Nm] Method: Testing on swim trainer Biokinetic by tests which simulated free style strokes and butterfly strokes. 10 strokes by free style and butterfly styl, 50 and 100 strokes by butterfly style. Results: Some people lives in mistake about their directionality. Someone think, that he is better for long distance, and oposit eis true. Lot of people, in our test, made more work [Nm] in free style strokes, than butterfly strokes. More offen people made more work [Nm] in butterfly strokes. Our people swim butterfly just especialy and that's the reason, why they have more force in crowl. Keywords: Biokinetic, triathlon, swimming, testing, swim force.
