Czech as a foreign language

The aim of this bachelor work is teaching Czech language for foreigners, especially to explore literature dealing with this topic. The first part of this work analyses basic features of contemporary Czech, its historical development and differentiation. The work also contains a short chapter about teaching foreign languages and its basic document. The main part consists of five textbooks for foreigners who are interested in studying Czech. These books are described in terms of its content, layout of particular topics and structure of exercises. Based on this analysis there is a conclusion proposal which is referring to the attitude towards each publication individually.

Support of bachelor and master thesis couching

Today, procedure of creating bachelor and master thesis suffers from many problems. Amongst them the main issue would consist of absence of central storage ability connected to creating and couching the thesis. In practice that would mean information about records from consultation, comments to thesis etc. are to be lost and neither student, nor his thesis couch can take a look to the history of thesis progress. Furthermore, there is a lack of date registration for consultations and deadlines of handing out thesis. As a consequence, both efficiency and quality of final thesis are decreased by such poor management. As a solution, support of whole thesis procedure with software tool is suggested. There are many options of such software solutions, however only one is the most suitable and that is exactly what this thesis is trying to find. Thesis formulates requirements for such software application, after the analysis of current situation and identification of core issues. Application should bring improvement of the situation and at the same time should be users, operational and financially acceptable. From wide spectrum of available solutions, only those which had fulfilled basic conditions were chosen. Basic conditions such as: users interface in Czech language, saving documents availability and large capacity of users accounts. Final group of potential solutions was put through detail analysis for support utility for thesis couching. This analysis finally shows the most suitable solution. This bachelor thesis brings analysis of utility for commonly available web application or hosted applications for bachelor and diploma thesis couching. The implementation could be done quickly without further problems, thanks to the undemanding IT and financial requirements of software application. After finding the most suitable solution, this thesis shows how large scale of efficiency Microsoft SharePoint Services 3.0 brings. Furthermore, at the end of this thesis, many more options for using this application are shown.

Russian-Belarusian language interference in Belarus

The work is dedicated to the language situation in Belarus at the turn of the 20th and the 21st century. It presents the Belarusian language situation in the context of the East Slavic languages and in a more widespread, postcolonial language continuum which finds itself in a new development phase. The contemporary language situation in Belarus is characterized by historical interferential influence; an emphasis is put on its binary nature which may be found in all spheres, and demonstrates the inevitability of a complex analysis. The work deals with the degrees of the contemporary interference, touches upon the process of mutual influence and its impact on the contemporary East Slavic languages is studied on the example of the adaptation of "cerkovnoslovjanizm" (the language of the Orthodox Church). The aim of the work is to present a common language situation in Belarus which has been developing in the situation of asymmetrical bilingual direction. Anyway, the work doesn't claim to describe all the characteristics concerning language interference in Belarus. The real contemporary bilingual situation is described. The Master of the Hradec Králové Altarpiece

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: In a war of Hussites the Prague art activity was going to her disappearace or was pushed away to the countryside where succumbed in a certain way become popular. Desk painting in the Czech territory was after the Hussites was adjusted almost to its disappearence. Contrary of the south part of Czech Kingdom, which were as regards Hussites not jotted and the production of painting could continue in her making and already in the third decade of fiftenth century got quality late gothic style in the Master of Rajhrad altar with its Austrian signs. In fourth decade happened sudden step back to the past to "krásný sloh" to reiteration its marks, renewal devotio and Marian painting diferent ikonography types. The same was as in the middle Bohemia, the territory in the east of Bohemia was signed with Hussites war too. Chrudim in that time became late-gothic-style centre and with its production of paintings could compete with Prague. Unlike the memories for examples Kutná Hora, Chrudim was characterized by unity of style, which was determinated by activity of this manufactory and it can be derive from extanded quantity of pieces. Tax and legal issues of real-estate business in Austria

The purpose of this study is to compare tax and civil-law issues concerning property business in Austria and in Czech Republic in 2016 and to investigate the efficiency of the current legislation against the real estate bubble. The theoretical part of this study contains selected demographic and price statistics concerning real estate in both countries and focuses on the description of the existing law currently in effect in both compared countries. The practical part analyses tax and transactions costs that concern property trading and a comparison of possibilities of amortisations and rentability of a rented flat in both countries.

Private limited liability company according to Business Corporations Act compared to private limited liability company in Danish law

Private limited liability company is a type of limited liability company used especially by small and medium-size enterprises. This form of company is very popular in and outside of Czech republic. In the last few years many countries have adopted new laws regulating private limited liability companies. In Czech republic it was Business Corporations Act in 2012 although many provisions were included in other acts. In Denmark this form of company is regulated in Danish Companies Act adopted in 2009. This thesis describes legal regulations on private limited liability companies in both Czech republic and Denmark. Description of Danish regulations is rather thorough since there is limited amount of other sources on this matter in Czech language. The aim of the thesis is to compare these regulations and their positive and negative aspects.

Web-based application for Czech language e-learning

Lack of knowledge of the Czech language means a serious problem for foreigners living in the Czech Republic. Czech language should help them in communication, business, studying, but for some people it is also the necessary condition for obtaining a permanent residence. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement a web application that should serve as a source of learning the Czech language for foreigners. To achieve this goal, the thesis first deals with the analysis of the existing solutions for Czech language e-learning. A design of a web application, user interface and the structure of the database model is suggested based on the finishing analysis. After designing the web application, its development follows, in which the client/server architecture and selected web technologies including Laravel Framework, jQuery and MySQL database system are used. The output of this work is a detailed web-based application that provides an access to educational lessons, instructions and exercises for users, who need to improve in Czech language. They can test their knowledge and determine their skill level.

Outsourcing and its impacts on company through Enterprise architecture

This final thesis is dealing with the theme of outsourcing and its influence on company in connection with enterprise architecture as the main carrier of ongoing changes. Main focus of this thesis is to provide the overview of the area of Enterprise architecture and outsourcing as well as the description of the selected notation of Enterprise architecture modeling, which will be main instrument in describing the transformation. Theoretical part of the work is divided into three parts. Firstly there is description of the enterprise architecture and chosen connected areas, followed by description of the outsourcing process and description of the modeling language ArchiMate. Practical part of the work is composed of analysis, description and evaluation of the transformation of the selected company. Among the main contribution of this thesis there is description of the changes during the transformation using the ArchiMate modeling language and identifying of concrete impacts of outsourcing on Enterprise architecture of the company.

Institute of trust fund in ČR

The bachelor thesis discusses about institute of Trust Fund, which the Czech legal order entered in the reform of private law, the new Civil Code. Its introduction was not without its problems and critics. In this work I deal with the legitimacy of the critic and the changes that should reduce fears of misuse of funds. I also deal with the history, the practical use of the funds and compare our legislation of trust funds with the English editing.
