This Master´s thesis entitled Modern marketing communication tools and their use of a particular online store dedicated to modern methods of promotion on the Internet market of fashion in the Czech Republic, namely the largest of these deals ZOOT.cz. The aim of the work is based on quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate the use of modern tools of marketing communication in the example mentioned internet business when compared with other entities. The theoretical part of this thesis provides a definition of Internet marketing and the entire online environment, as well as a description of various marketing tools along with outlining their modern forms. In the practical part is to analyse these tools with an online shop ZOOT.cz. The main sources of data are the results of a survey from ZOOT called Fashion Report, data from Sklik to new service Retargeting about the effectiveness of its use, as well as the conclusions of individual and group interviews with employees of ZOOT or internal documents online stores on the effectiveness of individual used instruments. The results of these studies show that if companies use modern marketing communication tools, they are still more emphasis on the rapid inclusion of innovations into business activities, providing superior customer service, but also a form of monitoring advertisements for competitors.

Marketing strategy of the company 3M in social media
Němec, Tomáš ; Halík, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Luňáčková, Michaela (referee)
Diploma thesis focus on social media as a phenomenon of modern times and their use in a marketing. I will introduce four most frequently used social media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube as well as an outline the possibility of their use in marketing. Marketing strategy in social media I decided to introduce through a concrete example - an international company 3M. This company I chose mainly because it operates in the market of industrial products, where online marketing is not as much used and also because it cooperates with University of Economics. After introducing the basic marketing theories and explanations of basic terms I will analyze an existing 3M marketing strategy in social media and on the basis of the analysis and obtained data I will suggest my own possible marketing strategy for the company 3M, which connects all the aforementioned social media.

Specifics of social work with clients with drug addiction
HANZALOVÁ, Vendula
The number of people in the population who use addictive substances and develop adverse life situations is still growing. This issue is also connected with social, health and legal problems with which the drug user must deal. In this case, those addicted can look for help to institutions such as a contact centre. The theoretical part is focused on three topics. The first describes the terms of drug addiction, its origin, consequences and forms of support. The work deals with theories that are significant to the work. The last topic concerns the specifics of social work in a contact centre. There are selected core activities and techniques specific to this institution. I set the aim for this paper, which was to answer the question of which theoretical approach is best applied by social workers working with drug addicts. Furthermore I was finding out which are the best examples of good practical training. The results after evaluation showed that social workers cannot tell whether they work according to particular theories. Usually there is eclecticism, which means that they collect different experiences and then apply them to the work. The basis for these is a bio-psycho-socio-spiritual model that takes into account the integral concept of personality and the philosophy of Harm Reduction which is the main point of contact work. The research brought the views of social workers, their recommendations, and techniques that are proven by them, and also describe the pitfalls of their work. In my opinion, this work could serve as a good summary of techniques for new workers who would like to work with drug addicts. My results can also be the basis for further studies and research in this area.

Acceleration of Object Detection Using Classifiers

THE DRAMATICAL SCRIPT AS A NECESSARY BASIS FOR SPACIAL REALIZATOIN
Tretiag, Štěpán ; KORČÁK, Jakub (advisor) ; HRBEK, Daniel (referee)
Using the concrete examples of my practical bachelor work my intent is to retrospectively describe and reflect on our scenic realization of the play Missing by south-African author Reza de Wet. The essence of a modern dramatic direction is to perceive the script of a play as a model which becomes a basis for its interpretation and the subsequent staging of the play. It is the process from the initial interpretation to final scenic realization I wish to focus on in my work.In the first part I will be dealing with creation of a physical space, that being stage design. I will try to capture what lead us to its final shape and how the basis for that can be found in the script of the play as well as the potential capability of the physical space to become a dramatic space. Its ability to create a platform for the actors to proceed from and how can it provoke them into acting, in particular. In the second part I will be dealing with the dramatic space, ergo the spacial expression of relationships and themes. I will proceed again retrospectively, focusing on how we managed to achieve the stage image which is functioning as a materialized metaphor. I will focus mostly on non-verbal actions, but with regard to the fact, that dramatical script is the basis for our realization of the play.

This thesis seeks to capture the changed political climate after 1948 in the Czechoslovak village. It examines one political Sedlčany district, which was very specific in term of industrial backwardness and depopulation after World War II. It consisted of a specific marginal share of industrial production and low population density. The starting point is the work of Communist propaganda at the district level. The second chapter deals with the theoretical definition, especially socio-cultural propaganda as a concept, is looking for its solution, goals and different definitions. Another chapter deals with general history Sedlčany and regional specifics. The fourth and fifth chapter focuses on the local structure of the district committee and the lower components of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia in the region and social transformation of society as a whole in the first half of the fifties in the country. The second part of the thesis is devoted to defining the scope of direct advertising strategies and resources. Most of the work deals with propaganda, describing the district level, monitors the work of the district committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, analyzes the rural district newspaper articles and records the memories of witnesses. The remaining chapters deal with the practical...

The need for security and safety in connection with a planned surgery with the patient's perspective and nurses
BOHDALOVÁ, Jaroslava
A planned operation performance always affects patient´s needs for assurance and safety. It is important to provide necessary information connected with the planned operation performance itself so that the patient can feel assure and safe. The key role for the patient and her/his needs for assurance and safety is in general nurse´s hands because she is the closest person to the patient and can help to inspire her/his needs for assurance and safety with konfidence best through the aid of her knowledge and skills that she should have as well as through the aid of her attitudes. The target of the thesis was to find out how a planned operation performance affects patient´s needs for assurance and safety and how a general nurse inspires patient´s needs for assurance and safety connected with a planned operation performance with confidence. The following research questions were stated: How does a planned operation performance affect patient´s needs for assurance and safety? How does a general nurse affect patient´s needs for assurance and safety connected with a planned operation performance to inspire her/him with confidence? What is insufficient in filling patient´s needs for assurance and safety before a planned operation performance? How can a general nurse help a patient control her/his fear and state of anxiety related to a planned operation performance? The method qualitative research with the use of depth interview was used to figure out the investigation. The respondents were willing to record the interview which were verbally rewritten and then subjected to the contents analysis by the method paper and pencil. From the research it is clear that a planned operation performance affects patient´s needs for assurance and safety in a negative way disregarding to her/his previous experience. Patient´s worries and negative feelings can be eliminated by a general nurse who treats her/him as equal, taking up an individual approach, informing her/him about all performances and proceedings, having a calming and welcoming way of communication, using empathy and listening as well as trying to meet patient´s wishes according to her possibilities. The research reveals the advantage of patients´ readiness for planned operation performances. Patients can learn it in the framework of educational proceeding in the out-patients´ department at the same time when they learn that they are going to be operated. The research also shows that general nurses do not have enough knowledge in the sphere of therapeutical communication. The results indicate that it would be suitable to start educating patients as soon as it is known how their disease will be solved and treated in order to reduce the negative impact of surgical treatment to patients´ needs for assurance and safety. General nurses should complete their knowledge and skills to be able to help patients to cope with their difficult life-situation. On the basis of the research investigation and after the consultation with the senior nursing officer, the training course will be organized. The topic of the training course will concentrate on communication with patients before planned operation performances with a view to therapeutical communications and therapeutical interviews. Other discovered facts, for example, the lack of information provided to patients and possibilities regarding better patients´ readiness for planned operation performances will surely be solved by the hospital management.

Factors affecting postmortem changes in pork meat
Seilerová, Michaela ; Čítek, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Lebedová, Nicole (referee)
The thesis focused on the summary of the quality of pork. The main indicators of the quality of pork and of meat generally together with a chemical composition and the external and internal factors dealing with the quality of meat are described in the thesis. The various histological structure, the variable chemical content, technological features are found in meat. The structure and composition depends on a way of living, the function of the parts of an animal body, on lots of intravital factors (a kind of an animal, breed, male or female, age, the way of nutrition, the state of health). Meat is a valuable source of nutrients and essential acids for a man. The human organism is not able to synthesize the essential acids itself. Lipids are the important part of meat, their main function is storing energy. They are found as a reserve tissue in the subcutaneus parts of animals or among muscular fibre. The amount of carbohydrates contained in meat is not important, meat is low in carbohydrates. They are only important for meat maturation. Meat is high in minerals and vitamins. It is necesary for a man and should be a part of our diet. The important factor for a meat quality is described as a formation of muscular fibres. There are the thin fibres in the meat of a high quality and the thick and fat fibres in the meat of a low quality. The meat quality depends on a number and charactes of animal fibres. The meat of a high quality is for example loin - it is the meat with fine fibres. The next factor which has influence on a meat quality is course of post mortem changes. We can differentiate four stages in these processes: prae rigor, rigor mortis, aging of the meat and deep autolysis. Post mortem aiging processes can deviate from teh standard from variety of reasons and as concequences we can see quality deviation of the meat for example PSE, DFD, RSE, Hampshire efect and cold shortening. Also the breed has the influance on the quality of the meat namely sensitivity to stress, growth characteristic and parameters of slaughter value, other internal factors are age and sex. External factors which has the influance on the quality of the meat are transport of the animals to the slaughterhouse, attitude of the employees during chasing after the animals, the rest before slaughter, stunning itself, bleeding thereafter and cooling down after slaughtery.
