Possibilities of physiotherapy for children with faulty posture in middle school age
MAREŠOVÁ, Barbora
This thesis focuses on incorrect body posture of older school-age children and possibilities of physiotherapeutic methods that can be used for this particular age stage. Incorrect body posture is often included among social diseases that are to a great degree caused by lack of exercise and one-sided life style. Generally it is about remaining in static positions and decrease of physically demanding work. The aim of my work is to outline the problem involving children of this particular age range and to evaluate the influence of physiotherapeutic treatment with older school-age patients having incorrect body posture. Theoretical part of the thesis describes correct body postures, muscular chains involved in torso stabilisation, anatomy of deep stabilisation system and incorrect body posture itself. The next chapter deals with older school-age stage from somatic and motor development viewpoint. The last chapter describes physiotherapeutic methods that can be used to treat this health issue. For the empirical part of the paper I chose qualitative research method with two girls of older school-age. Each of them was instructed with a series of set exercises they were to do at home during the whole therapy time approx. 10 weeks. In addition to that, they came in for 9 sessions, during which we focused on their incorrect body posture and other acute problems they had. Short-term and long-term physiotherapeutic plan was proposed based on the anamnesis and kinesiological analysis gained at the beginning and at the end of the therapy. Examples of several exercises aimed at chosen topic are enclosed. This thesis can serve both the professional and the lay public in order to inform them about possibilities of different physiotherapeutic methods that can be used when treating incorrect body posture.

Theatre decoration? Set design? Scenography?
Vöröšová, Markéta ; KOUBSKÁ, Vlasta (advisor) ; CÍSAŘ, Jan (referee)
This thesis focuses on and compares the theoretical perception of scenography in the works of Czech aestheticians Otakar Zich and Růžena Vacková. The whole comparison is integrated into the context of Czech modern scenography. Several key productions were chosen to demonstrate new tendencies that appeared at the specified time point in our theatre history. The thesis mentions theatre authors together with their works that played important role in forming Zich?s and Vacková?s opinions and theatre conceptions. Taking into account how versatile personalities Otakar Zich and Růžena Vacková were it was necessary to bring up all areas of their activities. I attempted to summarize their professional careers and their influence on followers and I also wanted not to omit their life?s history . I deal with the importance of Zich´s key work Estetika dramatického umění and I also focused on personality of Vacková and the circumstances of the creation of Výtvarný projev v dramatickém umění. It is a compilation work in which I try to present two approaches to the visual component of theatre performances. I compare their terminology used. I try to describe some aspects of scenography which Vacková developed under the influence of her predecessor and teacher and also the aspects that she was not in accordance with. Further, I focus on the problems of the possible forms of set design, connection between scenography and painting or architecture, and also on how the authors conceived the ideal scene, on whether they attached greater or lesser importance to stage directions and also on the problems of light, costumes, masks, stage objects? This thesis should be perceived as a mere starting point for further in-depth exploration. There is a possibility to go deeper into details and/or extend the view so as to cover also other representatives of the Czech theatre theory with their scenography conceptions. I hope that, in the future, I will be able to continue working on this topic and to cover the history of Czech set desing theory in its integrity up to present days.

Zárubová, Jaroslava ; Milfait, René (advisor) ; Vlková, Eva (referee)
In my diploma work i tried to valued transplant in a christiant (religious) point of view. My essay (diploma work) is consisit of (devided to) two parts - medical part, in which I have written about individual steps made before the exact transplant and I also explained what are the benefits and negatives of transplant. In the first part I also included law issues of transplant in Czech legislation, about the difficulty to donate the organ, perhaps the risk of the individual donors. I described the criteria of death from medical and ethical point of view. In a second part(teological) I have written about the value of the transplant from the ethical point of view, the religious side (reflexion) it means till when the human being is still considered as a person whose dignity has to be (needs to be) respected and whether the human autonomia is the ethical password. From the religious point of view (side) does not exist objection against volunteery transplant donors. Donor transplant is morally accepted with agreement of the donors themself and without excessive (enourmous) risks included. The purpose of th death of the individual is diagnosed (found out) first before the transplant can be donated. The possibility of the donation (transplant) abuse is the organs selling market. In the christian way the life is...

Buk, Jindřich ; Vojíř, Stanislav (advisor) ; Sklenák, Vilém (referee)
Nowadays, an increasing number of processes and life situations is getting IT support. Often the use of the Internet aims to accelerate and simplify existing processes. In addition, there is a big area of social networking that can be complementary. This thesis deals with the possibilities of using web technologies to support the running of a club and its subsequent development. Indeed, the club has the potential to simplify and automate many processes which previously have been carried out by someone in person. It has also a potential to use social networks for its publicity and development. The aim is to first determine what areas of the clubs operations are the most appropriate to be supported by any information system. Another objective is to find out how other clubs already integrate any information systems. The final objective is to design and create a specific application. The first two objectives are addressed through a survey among the leaders of the biggest Czech clubs. Indeed in these clubs, the use of automation and simplification of existing processes could have a great potential. The proposal for a specific application is then based on the previous survey and the field experience of the author. While serving many existing processes in running the club, the proposed application adds many elements of social networking.

Pechová, Karolina ; Soukup, Václav (advisor) ; Půtová, Barbora (referee)
The aim of this work is to analyze shark as a cultural concept. From cultural point of view, we are able to look at the shark as a pattern, which is always changing in time and environment, in other words, sharks are not only sea species but also creatures holding symbol of meaning. In many world cultures, shark became a symbol of many meanings. Using the system analysis approach, I will attempt to describe the shark from different point of view of Human sciences. First of all I will make a research about shark as a biological part and its importance and indispensableness in perfectly balanced ocean life. Including possible consequences of losing this fascinating creature by exterminating it. From biological and ecological outlook I will move to socio-cultural and symbolical part, which I comprehend as a pivotal point in this research as whole. This chapter is dedicated to the question of overall negative perception of sharks by people. Among other topics, I will also attempt to describe symbolical meaning of sharks in Pacific cultures and compare with its role in western culture. Media and its influence on general perception of sharks will be the subject of the following chapter. Media are powerful tool for shaping the public opinion, it is a fact. Nursing process in patients with hemodialysis
STACHOVÁ, Klára
Chronic kidney disease is often symptomless and painless. It is often late for some patients when they realize that there is something wrong with their bodies, namely the kidney function. Kidney failure causes a complex metabolic failure and water and electrolyte imbalance. Unfortunately this phenomenon is irreversible and a lot of the patients have to undergo hemodialytic therapy, which only substitutes the function of the kidneys but does not treat the kidneys. However dialytic technology is nearly at the perfection level at present. Nevertheless dialysis brings the risk of numerous complications for the patient. The dialysis principle is based on blood cleaning by means of a dialytic apparatus. Life rescue is the patient's priority so he/she has to visit a hemodialysis centre several times a week. The hemodialytic therapy is particularly physically and psychically demanding for the patient and his/her close relatives. This therapy significantly affects the patient's life. It has a substantial influence on patient's lifestyle and values. The therapy is accompanied by various treatment and nursing recommendations adherence to a diet with significant limitation of liquids, regular intake of medicines, stress regulation etc. from physicians and the healthcare staff. The aim of the bachelor thesis called "Nursing Process in Patients with Hemodialysis" was to map the problems of the nursing process in a hemodialysed patient on the base of specialized literature. The topic is elaborated theoretically by the review and synthesis method. The information was obtained from Czech and foreign specialized literature as well as from journals specialized in this issue. Hemodialysis is one of the most demanding elimination treatment methods of long-term character. Nursing care plays a very important role on hemodialysis. It must be effective, of high quality and particularly continuous as the patient only visits the hemodialysis centre on some days of a week. The nursing care has an irreplaceable role in healthcare. The patient before, during and after hemodialysis depends on quality nursing care provided by a nurse. Nursing process based on knowing the patient and active identification of his/her needs is a characteristic feature of modern nursing care. It stresses elaborate continuity, complexity and individuality of the patient, the sequence of the care and satisfaction of needs in partial steps of the nursing process. The nursing process requires continuous interaction between the nurse and the patient. Flexibility, currency, modification and repeated evaluation of the process are advantageous not only for nurses but also for the patients and often leads to timely solution of problems and satisfaction of patient's needs. The theoretical work reveals that hemodialysis is very closely related to the nursing process and contributes to patient's substantial satisfaction. It points out the importance of planning and preparation of nursing diagnoses. A feedback, not only for a nurse, but also for the patient for possible changes or preparation of a new care plan is also an important aspect of preparation of the nursing care plan. The obtained information on the nursing process in a hemodialysed patient are dealt with by the individual chapters of this bachelor thesis. This bachelor thesis is a guide in planning the nursing process and focusing on the most important problems during hemodialytic therapy not only for experienced nurses but also for tertiary school students. It also contributes to recognition of the necessity to create and apply the nursing process in the care of hemodialysed patients. A comprehensive view of the issue in question is the result. This study material for tertiary school students is the result of careful and thorough study of specialized literature.
