University Campus CRA II, preparing construction management

The subjekt of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological project of the new complex of three buildings Campus residential area II located in Brno - Bohunice. The diploma thesis includes technological regulations of piles and cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans for these processes. The author also deals with work safety, time and financial plan, budget of substructure and plan for securing material resources. The thesis also addressed work contract and detailsof the roof structure.

Campus MU Brno (green stage) - construction technological project

The subject of this thesis is the solution of building technology project for the construction of the main processing stages University Campus Bohunice (green stage). It is a building consisting of nine pavilions which are mutually connected by two corridors. Corridors simultaneously combine green building stage with blue previous stage. All buildings are partial basement and three floors. Exceptions are SO IV-309, which consisted of four storeys with casing of an elliptic cylinder with a flat roof in the middle of the roof sheathing. In my thesis I deal specifically this very building object, which I discussed in terms of time, financial, technological progress bored piles and building equipment. Other portions are designed to project the whole building.

University Campus Bohunice - Construction Technological Project

This diploma thesis addresses the „University Campus Bohunice - Architectural and technological project“. This thesis includes excavation, pile foundation, reinforced concrete foundation slab it also deals with in detail technological regulations on earthworks and deep-pile foundation. The thesis contains solutions to building equipment, schedule of selected stages of the construction situation with the solution of transport routes, designed mechanical assembly required for selected stages and control plan earthworks and deep-pile foundation. This diploma thesis addresses the „University Campus Bohunice - Architectural and technological project“. This project involves construction of two buildings. Building A32 with two basement floors and three floors and second building A 31 with one basement floor and three floors. This thesis includes excavation, pile foundation, reinforced concrete foundation slab, it also deals with technological regulations of earthworks and deep-pile foundation in detail. The thesis contains solutions to construction site equipment, schedule of selected stages of the construction, location of buildings and the solution of transport routes, mechanical equipment required for selected stages of project and control plan of earthworks and deep-pile foundation.

Town planing study "Zbrojovka"

Bc.Tomková Martina. Územní studie „Zbrojovka“. Brno, FAST 2012. The diploma thesis deals with the revitalization of the industrial area of the former Zbrojovka Brno Company. The area is close to the historical centre of Brno. The principal idea of the diploma thesis was to introduce new activities in the area while making use of the current area potential as well as to restore the economic balance and keep the genius loci of the area. The implementation of this idea has required building conversions in the area and the development of a new project the main idea of which is the university campus. The new project of the area benefits from the layout of buildings, especially the layout of large-capacity halls, the closeness of the city centre and the possibility of the railway connection. The whole conception is in compliance with the strategic development plan of Brno which comprises the issues of research, development, innovation and education. On campus there is an independent office building with integrated railway station, multimedia and sport centre as well as a municipal park. The area is open to and offers a wide range of services to general public. The diploma thesis includes the model of the area design.

Construction Technological Project of "Campus Brno - Bohunice"

The subject of the Diploma thesis is the technological project of the university campus in Brno - Bohunice. The work includes a complex study of the realizacion of the main technological steps in the construction of buildings UKB, namely the A25 and A36. There is the technical report, technology processes steel bearing system and monolithic reinforced concrete structures. Inspection and test plan for addressing regulations, timetable of works, machine draft report, and occupational health and safety plan

Properties of alluvial sediments at Albertov, Prague

Bachelor thesis deals with the sediments of river terraces in Prague, Albertov. On these sediments from the deep drill hole J6 in campus Albertov area I made eight grain measurements, processed grain curves and normatively classified terrace soils with classes S1, S2, S3 and F3, F4. They are sandy soils partly containing fine gravel or fine fraction admixture. I also performed the grain analysis on soils 1,5m deep in near morphological distance from the drill hole on which bases I searched for analogy between sediments on campus Albertov building site. They are recent soils of local and foreign digged material. In documented terrace material with S2 character was observed that with content of fine- grained fraction under ca. 5% the increase of the proportion of fine-grained admixture elevates the angle of sands natural slope.
