Building and use of smaller computer networks

The thesis describes the initial state of the computer network Basic Schools and Kindergartens Ohradní (ZŠMŠ Ohradní) in Prague 4 and then its reconstruction, which I largely contributed. ZŠMŠ Ohradní consists of four pavilions and from one building on the other side of the street. The aim of this study is to assess the initial state of the network and point out the shortcomings that we discovered. We found deficiencies in the operation stress tests, measurements and data cabling overall analysis. Original networks connectivity was 100Mb/s. Together with a colleague, we are network administrators. Furthermore, I am going to introduce a new form of network, which has identified deficiencies improved, by using on newer technologies. I will describe its structure, address allocation, active and passive components, and operated services. New network is capable of 1Gb/s, and its spine is going to be 10Gb/s soon. Benefits of this reconstruction is faster, more stable and more modern network that will facilitate the work of employees of ZŠMŠ Ohradní. To these improvements, I have mainly contributed by measurements. I participated in the design and implementation of new form of data network. I collaborated with fellow Poc to the configuration of active elements and network services in reconstructed network.

Design of marketing strategy in the company Imperium Finance

Internet marketing is currently one of the most important components of marketing. However, Internet marketing as a whole is much more important than mere webdesign, mere search engine optimization (SEO) or a simple PPC advertising. Most companies have recently made it throught with a website and that was all their presentation on the Internet. However, the internet is one of the fastest growing technology today and the number of its users is growing every year. Constantly there are new technologies that allow us to have a better user experience and also bring us new ways of presentation and promotion. Most of the companies make a mistake early on and underestimate the preparation, don't know their goals, customers or competitors. Internet marketing is the process and the contents of this process is the recognition, analysis, design, implementation, and ultimately verify that you achieve the goals of the organization. In the theoretical part it is defined internet marketing and its advantages over offline marketing. Briefly sum up the history and major milestones of Internet marketing that shaped its present form. Further, it's described current trends in Internet marketing and detail expands upon the selected Internet marketing tools and tools for evaluating the success of campaigns. The practical part deals with the proposal of marketing strategy in the company Imperium Finance. The main objective is to analyze the requirements of the company Imperium Finance, from analysis to draw specific conclusions and devise a marketing strategy that will support the vision and strategy of the company in the following period. All steps were carried out within the company Imperium Finance on real data from active clients and tested in action. The result is a proposal of a marketing strategy that will drive Imperium Finance, and a marketing plan for the company. The biggest benefit of this work is so real use theoretical knowledge in practice.

Partial Report IV / 2016 - Rating of the deformation stress monitoring the state of the rock mass during mining coal seam 30 (634) within the trial operation of mining method corridor - a pillar in OPJ ČSM - NORTH

Monitoring of the deformation stress state of the rock mass is a prerequisite for the verification of unapproved new mining methods hall-pillar and its further application in the Czech part of the Upper Silesian coal basin. This mining method is designed on the basis of experiences and practices that are verified in different natural conditions and depths below the surface and is therefore essential for the verification of conditions for the Czech part of the Upper Silesian Basin based on geotechnical monitoring. The present report is prepared on the basis of a contract no. 942/50/10, where the Institute of Geonics, v.v agrees to make periodic evaluation of monitoring data napěťodeformačního state of the rock mass. In accordance with the aforementioned agreement, the message is processed in the six-month period and continues in the interim report III / 2015 (Waclawik et al. 2015) passed buyers in April this year. Strategic Business Management

This thesis deals with the strategic management of a small business P, a laundry firm, which provides washing and dry cleaning services for a diverse range of customers in its surrounding area.
The aim of this study is to propose a new strategy for the company that fulfills its vision for the necessary upgrading of obsolete technologies, along with the expansion of business capacity, while maintaining respect for the environment.
This research presents the theoretical background of strategic management, describes its structure as well as the frequently used analytical methods.
The practical part presents an analysis of the chosen company using the chosen methods, while the results showcase the most suitable variant for a new strategy based on the drawn synthesis. The new proposal represents a reorganization of the firm through obtaining a large capacity washing tunnel whose technology reduces water consumption significantly, and reduces the energy consumption overall.
In response to the challenge of using modern methods, the Blue Ocean Strategy was evaluated as a possible technique.

Mathematical modelling in basin of Litavka in the framework integrated system water

These thesis brings new findings in flood issues, which importance has been sharply increasing in the light of last years experience. Hypotheses about the usefulness of hydrological measurements in the creation of computational geometry watercourses, as well as using the data from aerial laser scanning in the preparation of computer tracks water flows have been confirmed. Presented papers introduce the use of new technologies, knowledge and other results of applied research in the field of preparation of input data for hydrodynamic models, geographic information systems, personal identification and early warning and information sharing to support the elimination of consequences of natural disasters or traffic accidents. The above presented findings about the use of airborne laser scanning data and synthesis these data with hydrological measurements are of great importance for the improvement of flood prevention. Another practical use of these findings lies in urbanism planning and flood forecasts. The effort is to increase the security of citizens in the case of threats to their security through early warning - ie. Preventative protection by results of conducted research in the field of mathematical modelling rainfall-runoff and passage of flood flows in the river system providing new knowledge for the identification and registration of persons. During the research conducted, the attention was paid to define tools supporting integrated activities of the state security and rescue forces, including increased education and communication between state administration, local governments and the public. However the main goal of this work is to prevent the effects of natural and anthropogenic risks to human health and property of citizens. The attention is paid especially on the most common natural hazard represented by the floods.
